El manuscrito 5-2-32 de la Biblioteca Colombina, en Sevilla, el Lybro de magyka, se trata de una guía astrológica, escrito en castellano con letra gótica cursiva cortesana del siglo xv. El objetivo de la investigación es su descripción, que se desarrolla en seis etapas: contextualización histórica y cultural del texto; descripción de su contenido; presentación de identificación y descripción previas; descripción codicológica; breve identificación paleográfica e historia y datación del códice. El documento, muy bien conservado, es anterior a 1527, año en que fue comprado en Sevilla por Hernando Colón (1488-1539), bibliógrafo y afamado cosmógrafo, hijo de Cristóbal Colón. Sin embargo, no es fácil saber con precisión su autoría, siendo el nombre de Juan Gil de Castiello el más citado hasta ahora. Se hacen necesarios más estudios para la plena comprensión de este documento, importante para la lingüística hispánica y para la historia de las ciencias en la península ibérica.
O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar as características do nome negócio no português setecentista. Esta pesquisa foi motivada pela observação feita por Amaral e Ramos (2014), que sugerem que o século XVIII parece ter sido a fase inicial da gramaticalização de negócio, passando de nome lexical a geral. Há evidências de que negócio era utilizado como sinônimo de coisa, nome geral por excelência, ainda no latim, o que nos leva a supor que a gramaticalização de negócio seja mais antiga do que imaginamos e que negócio tenha entrado para o português já com o estatuto de nome geral.
Este trabajo presenta un análisis paleográfico del texto copiado por la mano principal en el Lybro de magyka, una guía astrológica en español adquirida por Hernando Colón en 1527, en Sevilla. Conforme la Biblioteca Colombina, el texto está en gótica cursiva cortesana con la g humanística. Nuestro objetivo es presentar una descripción minuciosa de la escritura del documento y verificar esa información. Los resultados indican que de hecho el manuscrito manifiesta el multigrafismo mencionado por la Biblioteca. De este modo se ofrecen más informaciones acerca de la historia del manuscrito, cuya descripción es una etapa imprescindible para la introducción del texto en el corpus de las investigaciones acerca de la lengua española y de las lenguas románicas en general.
