This study aims to predict the pollution level that threatens the Marilao-Meycauayan-Obando River System (MMORS), located in the province of Bulacan, Philippines. The inhabitants of this area are now being exposed to pollution. Contamination of this waterway comes from both formal and informal industries, such as a used lead-acid battery, open dumpsites metal refining, and other toxic metals. Using various water quality parameters like Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Potential of Hydrogen (pH), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Nitrate, Phosphate, and Coliform are the basis for predicting the pollution level. Base on the sample data collected from January 2013 to May 2018. These are used as a training data and test results to predict the river condition with its corresponding pollution level classification indicated. Random Forest decision tree model got an accuracy of 99.38% with a Kappa value of 0.8303 interpreted as "Strong" in terms of the level of agreement and GIS model shows the heat map of the different water quality parameter and Water Quality Index (WQI) spatial distribution, the majority of the sampling station are greatly polluted provided that they have "Poor" and "Very Poor."  Abstract-Software quality standards are very significant matters nowadays, especially that this era reigns with software technology and systems to innovate the work process in any institution. Assessments are conducted to measure the quality of services as well as products. This paper focuses on the comparison of the assessment of an existing alumni tracer system and online student portal using ISO/IEC 25010 model, but only seven dimensions was used namely functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability. Twenty I.T. experts were invited to test the existing systems and fill in the survey. The results as describe in this paper shows the significant differences of systems as evaluated by the respondents using the ISO/IEC 25010 model. Performance Assessment is very vital to the academic progress of a student. It should be monitored, and evaluated to allow both professors and students create pre-emptive measures to ensure their success rate. This paper focuses on the assessment of the developed system using ISO 25010:2011 Software Quality Management. The following criteria were used Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Portability and Security. 84 respondents comprising of Professors, Department Heads and IT Professionals assessed and evaluated the system through the use of an adapted evaluation tool. The results shown in this paper shows the evaluation of the respondents to the developed system.

Abstract-The study is a quasi-experimental research which determines the success of hybrid method of teaching to an e-community of learners in cyberspace over the face to face method of teaching and tries to compare the academic performance of the students. Two groups of students are chosen, a control group and an experimental group. The traditional method of teaching is used in the control group and the hybrid method to an e-community of students is implemented in the experimental group. After the groups have been selected, an experimental variable is introduced to the experimental group only, leaving the control group as it was. After the experimental variable has been introduced, the researcher measured both groups on the dependent variable.With the creation of e-community in the cyberspace, student's capacity is limited to the following: to upload, to read or download. While, the teachers can perform the read, delete, edit capacity in the system.The system (e-community/e-group) is available 24/7 in the internet so the students have unlimited access time to learning and they can do it anywhere, anytime.It's vitally important that teachers should keep/stay in touch online with their students as much as possible. This is to make their presence felt and to motivate student participation in the e-community. Teachers should set their limits clear from the outset. They should inform students to allow them reasonable number of hours for an online response to queries.
