Las Competencias de egreso y su relación con el mercado laboral en el área de las Ciencias PolíticasThe Graduation Skills and their relationship with the labor market in the area of political Sciences RESUMEN El presente artículo es producto de una investigación, cuyo objetivo consistió en determinar si las competencias empleadas dentro de la licenciatura en Ciencia Política son las adecuadas. Se aplicó el método de análisis, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, bajo un nivel correlacional. Tras el análisis de los resultados se encontró que: existe correlación entre las competencias de egreso con las competencias laborales que el trabajo exige en los tres principales aspectos de demanda laboral. Se concluye que resulta importante que los egresados puedan adaptarse a las demandas del empleo, y esto se logra con el cumplimiento y desarrollo de competencias que le permitan situarse en un contexto competitivo que exige calidad educativa y adaptación al cambio.Palabras clave: Ciencias políticas, competencias, egresados, investigación, mercado laboral. ABSTRACTThis article is the product of a research, which objective was to determine if the competences used in the Bachelor of Political Science are adequate. The method of analysis was applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, under a correlational level. After analyzing the results, it was found that: there is a correlation between the competences of graduation and the labor competences that work requires in the three main aspects of labor demand. It is concluded that it is important that graduates can adapt to the demands of employment, and this is achieved through the fulfillment and development of skills that allow them to be placed in a competitive context that demands educational quality and adaptation to change.
