This is a high-risk operation for personnel, and although they use proper protection equipment, there is no physical barrier or means of protection that make the operation totally safe. In this context, the use of industrial robots might avoid the risk of accidents so that the temperature measurement occursmoreaccurately and productively. In the present work, a robot armhas been idealizedto perform this unhealthy task. It will be shown the general operation of the robot, as well as the electric and hydraulic circuit detailing.
