No existen dudas que el modelo a seguir es el del Desarrollo Sustentable, a partir de la implementación de acciones que puedan contribuir a desarrollar los ejes social, económico y ambiental de forma equilibrada. De esta manera y en función de una necesidad de cumplir con ese desarrollo, surgen mundialmente los Objetivos de desarrollo Sostenible (ODS 2030).La aplicación de estos objetivos y el cumplimiento de sus metas, no pueden estar ajenos a las Universidades, es por ello que en este trabajo se quiere tomar como ejemplo un organismo dependiente del Rectorado de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE), el Centro de Gestión Ambiental y Ecología (CEGAE), y analizar cómo se viene trabajando la sostenibilidad desde la Investigación-Gestión-Extensión-Docencia.Realizar una reseña de la incorporación de los ODS 2030 en diferentes proyectos; analizar los ejes más relevantes en los que ha participado y aportado a la comunidad; e identificar el perfil sustentable del CEGAE basado en los pilares del Desarrollo Sostenible.
El trabajo: “Protocolo para la gestión de Residuos Informáticos, importancia de implementarlo en la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE), Argentina.”, se enmarca en los resultados de un proyecto de investigación (año 2019-2022) que viene desarrollando el equipo de docentes investigadores en el Centro de Gestión Ambiental y Ecología (CEGAE) de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste (UNNE) de la República Argentina.
Este protocolo tiene como objeto, asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de ciertas normas y procedimientos a aplicar en las tareas operativas, como de información y trazabilidad de los RI en la UNNE, para garantizar una correcta actuación en la recogida selectiva, el tratamiento del residuo, garantizar la confiabilidad y transparencia del proceso de reciclaje o disposición final.
O trabalho: "Determinação do local de implantação de uma Estação de Tratamento de REEE no NEA incorporando critérios de sustentabilidade", faz parte dos resultados de um projeto de pesquisa (ano 2019-2022) que vem sendo desenvolvido pela equipe de professores pesquisadores do Centro de Gestão Ambiental e Ecologia (CEGAE) da Universidade Nacional do Nordeste (UNNE) da República Argentina.
O objetivo central desta publicação é apresentar a análise realizada dos indicadores que determinam o local de implantação da estação de tratamento de REEE, identificando o indicador que melhor se adequa às necessidades em função das demandas ambientais, sociais e econômicas da região. Argentina.
O problema de pesquisa surge da abordagem de quatro questões que deram origem ao desenvolvimento de todo o trabalho.
A metodologia que acompanhou o processo de pesquisa foi qualitativa, acompanhada de revisão de fontes bibliográficas e antecedentes do trabalho realizado pelo grupo de pesquisa.
Os resultados obtidos basearam-se nas respostas às questões sustentadas em saber
Como os edifícios sustentáveis na região e os REEE em todo o mundo convergem? Resposta que levou a investigar uma variedade de antecedentes de edifícios industriais destinados especificamente ao tratamento de REEE e daquelas indústrias que contemplam critérios sustentáveis e que certificam através do sistema padronizado de certificação voluntária.
A segunda questão foi baseada em saber quais são os indicadores de sustentabilidade mais significativos para o projeto da planta de REEE? E os resultados obtidos foram revisados em instâncias anteriores onde foi determinado um conjunto de indicadores, levando em consideração as características da região NEA e as demandas da planta de REEE.
Em relação à terceira questão, os aspectos sociais, culturais e ambientais são uma condição para a implantação da planta de REEE na região do NEA? Para responder, foram coletados dados específicos sobre as quatro províncias que compõem a região do NEA (Chaco, Formosa, Misiones e Formosa). Foram analisados indicadores relevantes para definir uma área de análise.
E a quarta questão foi baseada em saber, quais são os requisitos que o site deve atender para a implantação da Usina WEEE? Para sua resolução, foi realizada a avaliação de alternativas do local e avanços nos critérios demográficos, ambientais e de infraestrutura que restringem a localização.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un relevamiento actualizado de la Legislación Ambiental Argentina.Se recopila la legislación vigente en la materia, se la expone de acuerdo al orden de prelación que le corresponde y se analiza su funcionamiento en base a la distribución de competencias relativas al ambiente y los recursos naturales y la interjurisdiccionalidad en la gestión ambiental.En primer lugar, se realiza el examen del Bloque de Legalidad con perspectiva histórica, considerando la Reforma Constitucional de 1994, el dictado del nuevo Código Civil aprobado por la ley 26.994 de 2014, la incorporación de la cuestión ambiental en el Código de Minería, las leyes penales vigentes en la materia y el proyecto de legislación de delitos ambientales en el Código Penal.Paralelamente se describen los componentes del bloque y su interrelación. Asimismo, se reseñan los Convenios Internacionales sobre ambiente, las Leyes de Presupuestos Mínimos y otras Leyes Nacionales sobre ambiente.Por último, se realiza una conclusión sobre la conveniencia del dictado de un Código Ambiental para la Argentina.
Con los avances tecnológicos en los tiempos actuales y la inmediata obsolescencia de los aparatos electrónicos, nos encontramos frente a la problemática de qué hacer con estos residuos. Su inadecuada gestión produce efectos nocivos para la salud humana y el ambiente.En el presente trabajo, se pretende compartir el análisis de las leyes nacionales vigentes para la gestión de los residuos en la Argentina.
