Die Componenten hatten sich nur an den Beriihrungsstellen verbunden; das Bor war z. Th. osydirt, wiihrcnd ein Theil des Mangxns unter dem geschmolzenen Borid unverindert geblieben war. Letzteres murde mechanisch miiglichst von Verunreinigungen befreit! zerkleinert, bei Dunkelrothgluth mit Chlor behandelt, mit Eiswasser gewaschen und in] Vacuum getrocknet. Die erhaltenen Krystnlle zeigen das Verhnlten des Borides MnB RUS dem Oxyd, sind sber durch einen geringen Gehnlt an metallischem Mangan. drr hisher nicht ganz entfernt werden konnte, etwas heller genirbt. 0.169 g Sbst.
