Introdução: O climatério é caracterizado pelo estado fisiológico do hipoestrogenismo, com a interrupção definitiva dos ciclos menstruais. Objetivo: Analisar a qualidade do sono em mulheres climatéricas ativas e sedentárias. Métodos: A pesquisa foi realizada com 60 mulheres climatéricas, onde foram dividas em três grupos, 20 praticantes de exercício aeróbico, 20 que realizam treinamento resistido e 20 sedentárias, a coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de dois questionários, para analise dos dados foi usado o teste Pearson Qui-quadrado com intervalo de confiança em 95% e significância estabelecida em p< 0,05. Resultados: A média de idade dos grupos de 49,25�0,97 a 53,4�1,08. Os resultados apontam uma dife 49,25�0,97 a 53,4�1,08. Os resultados apontam uma diferença significativa quando comparados os grupos a sintomatologia, porém com o questionário de PSQI não houve diferenças significativas. Conclusão: O estudo mostrou que comparadas quanto a sintomatologia, as mulheres praticantes de exercícios anaeróbicos obtiveram um melhor resultado, entretanto em relação a qualidade do sono precisa-se de mais estudo.
Objetivo: Discorrer o que a literatura apresenta sobre os fatores de riscos obstétricos das mulheres submetidas à cesárea, segundo a Classificação de Robson. Método: Trata-se, de uma revisão bibliográfica do método revisão integrativa da literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado entre setembro de 2020 a fevereiro de 2021, por meio da busca de artigos indexados nas seguintes bases de dados: Scielo (Scientific Eletronic Library Online), BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde), Google Scholar, PubMed (National Center for Biotechnology Information), Lilacs (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), Revistas de Enfermagem. Os critérios de inclusão para a seleção dos conteúdos foram, artigos na linguagem portuguesa, inglesa e espanhola. Publicados nos referidos bancos de dados compreendendo os anos de 2011 a 2021. Como critérios de exclusão, não foram considerados artigos mediante a recompensação monetária, incompletos, duplicados e não convergentes com este estudo. Resultados: Este estudo ressalta que, a cesárea é um procedimento que possui mais risco para as mulheres, quando comparado ao parto normal, posto isso, em decorrência dos fatores de riscos para a mulher e recém nascidos, a cesariana realizada sem as existentes indicações médicas tem sido alvo de estudos em todo o mundo. Sendo assim, é necessário identificar a real indicação do parto cesáreo sem que isto ocorra somente por comodidade médica. Conclusão: Evidenciou-se no estudo, que é a utilização da Classificação de Robson mostra-se extremamente útil e pode auxiliar em programas para monitorar as indicações de cesáreas, com probabilidade de redução das taxas e mortalidade materna.
Objetivos: Avaliar o efeito do Método Pilates na qualidade de vida, sobrecarga emocional e estresse dos cuidadores de crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista. Métodos: A presente pesquisa é um ensaio clínico controlado randomizado e foi usado para avaliação da qualidade de vida, o formulário curto de pesquisa de saúde (SF-36), para o estresse a escala de estresse percebido e para sobrecarga emocional o questionário de avaliação do impacto físico, emocional e social do papel de cuidador informal. Resultados: Foi possível notar a relação das variáveis pesquisadas com o nível de estresse, qualidade de vida e sobrecarga emocional e o efeito do Pilates sobre as mesmas. Conclusão: Concluiu-se que o Método Pilates, mostrou ser uma modalidade de exercícios físicos, com efetividade na melhora da sobrecarga emocional, nos níveis de estresse e qualidade de vida em cuidadores de crianças autistas.
The objective was: to know the epidemiological profile of victims of self-inflicted injuries in the state of Piauí between 2018 and 2020 and to verify whether there was an increase or decrease in reported cases in the initial period of the COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, a descriptive study was carried out, with retrospective data collection, through the epidemiological BO 001/2020, made available by the Department of Health of the State of Piauí (SESAPI). During the period 2018, 2019 and 2020, there were an amount of 3,757 records of self-inflicted violence, in the profile outline, there was an emphasis on the female biotype, aged between 15 and 29 years, mainly, the most affected race/color in the practice was brown color, marital status: single, education: incomplete primary education, as main means used: poisoning/intoxication and as location: residence. Although data for the year 2020 are only up to the middle of the year, there is a sharp increase in records, especially if the same periods in the years 2018 and 2019 are observed.
O presente estudo teve como objetivo descrever a percepção de mulheres acerca da prevenção do câncer de colo do útero e a realização do exame Papanicolau. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde o levantamento do estudo foi realizado entre julho e agosto de 2021, através das bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS e BDENF. Utilizaram-se os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): Neoplasias do Colo do Útero, Teste de Papanicolaou e Saúde da Mulher. Após os critérios de inclusão e exclusão e análise dos estudos, 16 estudos foram selecionados para compor o presente estudo. O estudo mostra que as mulheres atribuem o exame de Papanicolau como fundamental para a prevenção e detecção precoce para doenças, no entanto, apresentam conhecimento insuficiente sobre o exame Papanicolau, fato este que está relacionado ao baixo nível de escolaridade e a baixa renda, e que as mesmas apresentam alguns sentimentos negativos como: dor, desconforto, constrangimento durante o exame, medo do resultado, ansiedade, nervosismo, vergonha, frustração e desconforto em realiza-lo. é indispensável as orientações pelos profissionais da saúde sobre o exame Papanicolau às mulheres que buscam os serviços de atenção básica. Devendo estes, realizar ações de educação em saúde de forma continuada, enfatizando a importância da realização periódica do exame Papanicolau pelas mulheres, proporcionando uma maior adesão ao exame, além de possibilitar uma assistência humanizada, contínua e de qualidade.
