Este artigo originou-se de um projeto de pesquisa, submetido à Plataforma Brasil e aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa – CNPq. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar e problematizar as experiências e práticas pedagógicas narradas por vinte e sete docentes que atuam na Educação Básica, pública e privada, na cidade de Caxias (MA), durante a Pandemia da Covid-19, período que desenvolveram suas atividades pedagógicas de modo EAD/remoto. Esta tessitura, de abordagem qualitativa, de cunho bibliográfico e documental apresenta três categorias de análise: I - Acompanhamento pedagógico/emocional/psicológico; II - Valorização social e profissional do/a professor/a no contexto pandêmico; III - Aspectos pessoais e profissionais numa perspectiva pós-pandêmica. As discussões, análises e sínteses, proferidas a partir das narrativas dos/as profissionais entrevistados/as, intercambiadas com um aporte teórico crítico, denotam a não valorização profissional, a invisibilização, responsabilização, heteronomia e intensificação da precarização do trabalho dos/as professores/as no contexto social pandêmico, tendo como plano de fundo, a imposição de “uma reinvenção do fazer pedagógico”, através de uma racionalidade tecnológica instrumental, que representa uma dada concepção de educação e formação humana.
