RESUMO:Este trabalho teve como objetivo comparar mapas temáticos construídos a partir de conjuntos de dados referentes à produtividade da soja, com diferentes grades amostrais regulares de 25x25 m; 50x50 m; 75x75 m e 100x100 m, utilizando técnicas de krigagem. No ajuste dos modelos teóricos a semivariâncias experimentais, utilizou-se para a estimação dos parâmetros o método de máxima verossimilhança. A comparação dos mapas temáticos foi realizada por meio dos índices de acurácia, obtidos a partir da matriz de erros. Foi verificado que fatores tais, como o tamanho amostral e a densidade amostral entre pontos, interferem na escolha do modelo teórico espacial, nas estimativas dos parâmetros e na construção dos mapas temáticos.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: dependência espacial, geoestatística, máxima verossimilhança. THEMATIC MAPS COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT SAMPLING GRIDS FOR SOYBEAN PRODUCTIVITYABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper was to compare thematic maps constructed from data sets related to soybean productivity with different regular sampling grids of 25x25 m, 50 x50 m, 75 x 75 m and 100x100 m, using kriging techniques. In the theoretical models fitted to the experimental semivariances, it was used the maximum likelihood method for parameter estimation. The comparison of thematic maps were made by accuracy indices, obtained from the error matrix. INTRODUÇÃOCom o aumento da produção agrícola mundial e o uso de tecnologias para a mecanização, tornaram-se necessários o monitoramento e o gerenciamento do processo de produção agrícola, com o intuito de otimizá-los de forma racional. Nesse contexto, os métodos geoestatísticos vêm sendo utilizados no estudo da dependência espacial dos atributos físico-químicos do solo e da produtividade das culturas.Por meio desta análise, busca-se estimar os parâmetros que caracterizam a estrutura de dependência espacial, para posteriormente serem utilizados em técnicas de interpolação, como a krigagem, para fins de construção de mapas temáticos a serem considerados na tomada de decisão, com um melhor gerenciamento do processo produtivo das propriedades agrícolas (MOLIN, 2008;OLIVEIRA, et al., 2013;ASSUMPÇÃO et al., 2014).

RESUMONo estudo do mapeamento da fertilidade do solo, pelas técnicas de geoestatística, algumas características estruturais da variabilidade espacial devem ser consideradas, tais como continuidade espacial e ausência de anisotropia. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho apresenta uma análise da anisotropia no estudo da variabilidade espacial das variáveis químicas do solo: ferro (Fe), acidez potencial (H + Al), matéria orgânica (MO) e Mn, de um conjunto de dados de 128 parcelas sem manejo químico localizado, espacialmente referenciados, estudados entre 1998 e 2002, em um Latossolo Vermelho distroférrico, em Cascavel-PR. A identificação da anisotropia foi realizada por meio da construção de semivariogramas direcionais com modelos ajustados, e a correção da anisotropia realizou-se por meio de transformações lineares e de modelos combinados. Em seguida, utilizou-se um modelo ajustado ao semivariograma omnidirecional para construção de mapas temáticos de variabilidade das variáveis estudadas. Observou-se a existência de anisotropia geométrica para a variável H + Al. Já as variáveis MO, Mn e Fe mostraram a presença de anisotropia combinada, sendo corrigida inicialmente a anisotropia geométrica e, posteriormente, a anisotropia zonal. Por meio do estudo da anisotropia, foi possível eliminar as direções privilegiadas, melhorando assim o ajuste dos semivariogramas e produzindo mapas temáticos das variáveis químicas estudadas com maior acurácia.Termos de indexação: geoestatística, dependência espacial, agricultura de precisão.

ABSTRACT:The cassava starch industries generate a large volume of wastewater effluent that, stabilized in ponds, wastes its biogas energy and pollutes the atmosphere. To contribute with the reversion of this reality, this manipueira treatment research was developed in one phase anaerobic horizontal pilot reactor with support medium in bamboo pieces. The reactor was excavated into the ground and sealed with geomembrane in HDPE, having a volume equal to 33.6 m 3 and continuous feeding by gravity. The stability indicators were pH, volatile acidity/total alkalinity ratio and biogas production. The statistical analyses were performed by a completely randomized design, with answers submitted to multivariate analysis. The reactor remained stable and the bamboo pieces, in visual examination at the end of the experiment, showed to be in good physical conditions. TRATAMENTO DE EFLUENTE DE FECULARIA EM REATOR ANAERÓBIO TUBULAR HORIZONTAL PILOTO COM MEIO SUPORTE RESUMO:As fecularias produzem grande volume de manipueira que, estabilizado em lagoas, provoca desperdício da energia do biogás e a poluição da atmosfera. Para contribuir com a reversão dessa realidade, desenvolveu-se esta pesquisa de tratamento de manipueira de fecularia em reator anaeróbio tubular horizontal piloto, com meio suporte, em peças de bambu. O reator foi escavado no solo e impermeabilizado com geomembrana, com volume de 33,6 m 3 e alimentação contínua por gravidade. Os indicadores de estabilidade foram pH, relação acidez volátil/alcalinidade total e produção de biogás. O delineamento experimental foi o inteiramente casualizado, com respostas submetidas à análise multivariada. As cargas orgânicas em termos de demanda química de oxigênio (DQO) foram de 0,556; 0,670; 0,678 e 0,770 g L -1 e em sólidos voláteis (SV) de 0,659; 0,608; 0,570 e 0,761 g L -1 para os tempos de retenção hidráulica (TRH) de 13,0; 11,5; 10,0 e 7,0 dias, respectivamente. As reduções médias de DQO foram de 88; 80; 88 e 67% e de SV de 76; 77; 65 e 61%, respectivamente.

ABSTRACT:The survey information from growing regions, the interaction with the vegetation index and climatic variables is of great importance in the search for soybean productivity increase. Paraná is the second largest soybean producer in Brazil and presents great spatial variability, both in periods of the crop cycle as in soil and climate. The study on spatial variability of soil properties performed through geostatistical techniques allow us to identify the spatial distribution of phenomena by means of a spatial model that considers degree of dependence among observed data, depending on distance and also the direction that separate them, if there is geometric anisotropy, in other words, a directional trend in spatial continuity. However, the main difficulty in decision making regarding the use of anisotropic spatial model focuses on its relevance to the parameters that express the geometric anisotropy in a spatial model exercise in relation to the estimation space. This study aims at identifying the degree of influence of geometric anisotropy on the accuracy of spatial estimation using simulated data sets with different sample sizes and soil chemical properties such as: Fe, potential acidity (H + Al), organic matter and Mn. Comparing the isotropic and anisotropic models, especially for smaller sample sizes (100 and 169) showed an increased sum of squares of differences between predictions anisotropy factor (Fa) equals 2. Furthermore, from Fa equals 2.5, over 50% of the simulations showed values of overall accuracy (OA) of less than 0.80 and values for the concordance index Kappa (K) and Tau (T) from 0.67 to 0.80, indicating differences between thematic maps. Similar conclusions were obtained for chemical properties of the soil, from Fa equals 2, showing that there are relevant differences regarding the inclusion or not of geometric anisotropy.

The spatial variability of structures in regionalized variables are defined with the aid of geostatistical techniques, which facilitate the estimation of values for these variables in unsampled localizations and generate thematic maps to be used in decision making for localized treatments in the area under study. The quality of these maps depends on the trustworthiness of these estimates that can be modified with the choice for the sample design. The objective of this work was to establish an optimal size and shape of the sample designs in order to enhance the efficiency of sampling plans for the prediction of space dependent variables. These designs were obtained with the use of a stochastic search method called Simulated Annealing. This method is based on a sampling grid with a large number of points. Here, it is initially used to consider simulated data sets with distinct spatial dependence structures and is then used to consider real data on soy productivity. The simulated results are used as reference for the achievement of the best sample design with the lowest number of sample points that can efficiently represent the spatial dependence structure of soy productivity in a commercial area harvested by the harvester monitor. The results reported for the simulations and soy productivity data show that the optimization process was efficient in determining sample designs with reduced size, especially when using the Global Accuracy as the measurement to be maximized.
