A análise desenvolvida sobre a Pedagogia Socialista Soviética traz as categorias “atualidade”, auto-organização dos estudantes”, a “coletividade” e o “trabalho”, que se articulam na construção da nova escola para uma nova sociedade no contexto Russo (1917 a 1931). Evidencia a articulação das categorias no fortalecimento da educação e da revolução na construção da nova escola e a sociedade socialista. Parte de uma pesquisa maior, traz para análise a produção teórica dos intelectuais da pedagogia socialista Pistrak (2000; 2009), Shulgin (2013); Krupskaya (2017) e Makarenko (1986), a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica das obras traduzidas para o português no Brasil. Salienta que a pedagogia socialista é produzida por pedagogos russos, num ambiente pós-revolucionário, que assumiram o trabalho de transformar a escola tzarista, que prevalecia no país até 1917, em escolas do trabalho. Argumenta que essa nova escola precisava ser comprometida com a formação multilateral das crianças, jovens e adultos, para garantir a formação de novos e comprometidos lutadores e construtores de novas relações de vida e de produção. A articulação teórico-prática entre atualidade, auto-organização dos estudantes, a coletividade e o trabalho marcam a sociedade transformada, assim como dão identidade à educação e à escola, aqui nomeada de Pedagogia Socialista Soviética.
