Com base na abordagem das capacitações o objetivo deste artigo será realizar um estudo sobre pobreza e desenvolvimento nos municípios da Amazônia Legal, através da metodologia de mensuração de índice sintético, chamado de Índice de Desenvolvimento da Família (IDF). Os resultados da pesquisa, no que diz respeito aos dados do IDF, mostraram que a região ainda apresenta algumas limitações quanto ao seu nível de desenvolvimento, pois apenas uma pequena parcela dos municípios encontra-se em condições de médio nível de desenvolvimento. No entanto, 80% os municípios apresentaram uma relativa melhora em seus indicadores entre os anos 2000 e 2010.
O objetivo do trabalho é analisar comparativamente o cenário da inovação tecnológica através do nível de eficiência técnica dos setores industriais que investiram em inovação no Brasil entre os anos de 2007 a 2010. Para atingir esse objetivo, foi utilizada um método não-paramétrico, através da Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA). Utilizaram-se dados das indústrias obtidos no Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), retirados da base SIDRA que contém a Pesquisa Industrial Anual (PIA) e compreende aos anos de 2007, 2008, 2009 e 2010. Para melhor visualização dos resultados, as camadas de eficiência foram divididas em quatro estratos de eficiência, sendo 0,01 e 0,25 (baixa eficiência), 0,25 e 0,50 (regular eficiência), 0,50 e 0,75 (eficiência média) e 0,75 e 1,00 (eficiência alta). Os resultados obtidos mostram que em um aspecto nacional, os estados da região Sul e Sudeste apresentaram maior concentração de setores investidores em inovação com alta eficiência técnica.
O objetivo do trabalho é analisar os patamares de crescimento econômico no Estado do Pará, através das características de qualificação profissional nos seus municípios, sobre a ótica da teoria do Capital Humano. A metodologia utilizada buscou gerar medidas de avaliação para três variáveis Proxy´s do crescimento econômico (setor produtivo, nível educacional e de renda); na qual foi possível elaborar um ranking capaz de dispor com clareza a heterogeneidade entre os graus de desempenho econômico dos municípios. Como resultado o Índice de Qualidade do Mercado de Trabalho (IQMT) para os anos de 2000 e 2010, apresentou um crescimento relativo de 12,41% de 2000 para 2010, no estado do Pará, passando de 0,137 em 2000, para 0,154 em 2010. A maior variação aconteceu com a dimensão escolaridade com 112%, acompanhada da dimensão setor com 94,65% e renda com 5,28%. Logo, tais índices produzidos pelo estudo ratificaram a importância do âmbito educacional como elemento fomentador da qualidade do trabalhador, que é reforçada pela teoria do Capital Humano.
O objetivo deste artigo é discutir como a qualificação profissional modificou as relações de trabalho em um mercado de trabalho flexível, tendo como objeto de observação o mercado de trabalho brasileiro. Para isso, desenvolveu-se uma análise teórica, sobre trabalho simples e complexo, para assim construir o entendimento de qualificação, e histórica das mudanças no mundo do trabalho, considerando os efeitos da escolarização sobre a força de trabalho. Algumas conclusões foram – os trabalhadores com grau de instrução mais elevado sofrem menos com as consequências da reestruturação produtiva, porém não estão seguros das mudanças provocadas por ela, prova-se, por meio da taxa de rotatividade, que as condições de trabalho dos trabalhadores com ensino superior completo (em média 20%), por exemplo, não são muito melhores comparativamente aos trabalhadores com menor nível de instrução (em média 40%); o mais perverso que os novos métodos produtivos provocaram para estes trabalhadores é a perda da identidade de classe trabalhadora com a queda na taxa de sindicalização, apenas 16,2% em 2014.
