Este documento muestra los resultados de un estudio realizado en la Escuela de Bachilleres de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (EBA-UAQ). El objetivo principal fue evaluar la idoneidad de implementar una estrategia didáctica conformada por objetos de aprendizaje multimodal (OAM) y juegos interactivos para la enseñanza de verbos modales en la asignatura de Inglés II. La estrategia fue diseñada por tres docentes del área de Inglés y puesta en marcha en un grupo de estudiantes de segundo semestre seleccionado al azar. Se diseñó una secuencia didáctica de seis sesiones en las que los estudiantes trabajaron de manera virtual. En las sesiones se abordó el tema haciendo uso de algunos OAM y los estudiantes participaron en algunos juegos interactivos disponibles en línea. Para determinar si la implementación de la estrategia era efectiva se aplicó un cuestionario al inicio y al término de la secuencia. Los resultados arrojaron que la estrategia resulta adecuada para fortalecer la comprensión y producción de los estudiantes. De manera específica, los juegos interactivos son una herramienta que permite a los estudiantes mantenerse motivados a lo largo del proceso de aprendizaje. En conclusión, se verificó que los objetivos generales y específicos se hubiesen cumplido, lo cual confirmó la pertinencia de la estrategia en la enseñanza del tema seleccionado.
