Este artículo se orienta a pensar cómo ante nuevos escenarios del agro uruguayo las políticas públicas se orientan hacia las formas asociativas. En el mismo, se abordan las principales políticas públicas ligadas al ámbito rural que se vinculan con formas asociativas para el período 2015-2021. Se recurre a la noción de territorialidad asociativa como elemento conceptual que permite dar cuenta no solo de las dimensiones productivas sino también de las formas de organización del trabajo y de la relación con los bienes materiales. En base a dichos elementos, se mapean las principales políticas relevadas a partir de información secundaria y entrevistas a informantes calificados, dando cuenta de su distribución territorial, las dimensiones desde las cuales se vinculan, su permanencia y la institucionalidad relacionada. A raíz de su identificación y análisis, este documento evidencia que las políticas públicas dirigidas a la territorialidad asociativa generalmente se vinculan desde una sola dimensión y por tanto, habilitan mayoritariamente proyectos de baja intensidad.
La pandemia ha llevado a investigadores/as de todas las áreas de conocimiento a adaptar sus métodos de investigación a la distancia social. Este trabajo busca problematizar y reflexionar sobre cómo se adaptan a contextos virtuales experiencias de investigación planificadas para contextos presenciales. Esa adaptación como única forma de avanzar en el proceso de recopilación de información, suaviza los desafíos del distanciamiento social. Se busca aquí, reflexionar desde la experiencia concreta de rediseño del componente metodológico en una investigación social cualitativa en el marco de los estudios sociales agrarios. El trabajo de campo se basó en un conjunto de entrevistas virtuales mediante el uso de Zoom. El corpus empírico logrado, da pistas de que el trabajo de investigación virtual implica una serie de desafíos metodológicos. Considerando las proposiciones teóricas de Goffman sobre los procesos de interacción social, se interpretan las formas de comunicación virtual, buscando comprender desde una perspectiva microsociológica el trabajo realizado.
