En la escritura digital y colaborativa los estudiantes deben entablar acuerdos para alcanzar los objetivos deseados y para esto desarrollan interacciones en las que negocian los puntos en desacuerdo y logran consenso grupal. En este artículo, con un estudio de casos múltiples, analizamos los recursos lingüísticos y discursivos que movilizan estudiantes de diferentes niveles educativos de Buenos Aires durante la escritura grupal de un trabajo práctico en una plataforma en línea. Los resultados de la investigación indican que los estudiantes, cuando tienen que realizar críticas negativas o dar indicaciones particulares, ponen en funcionamiento diversas estrategias de la cortesía para preservar las imágenes positivas y negativas de los compañeros y las suyas propias. El análisis contrastivo entre los casos nos permitió observar diferencias en cuanto a la variedad de estrategias de la cortesía y a los recursos lingüísticos puestos en juego en relación con el nivel escolar de los estudiantes y también con el tipo de consignas que desarrollan. A partir de esa observación proponemos que en las interacciones durante la escritura digital y colaborativa se activan diferentes agendas y formas de construir la identidad de acuerdo con el nivel escolar de los participantes y con sus finalidades en la escritura.
En el presente artículo se indaga sobre las prácticas de lectura digital en espacios educativos de nivel secundario. Desde el marco de los Nuevos Estudios de la Literacidad, se analizan escenas en aulas de Lengua y Literatura de segundo año nivel secundario las cuales fueron registradas durante un trabajo de campo con perspectiva etnográfica. El propósito del artículo es dar cuenta de las características de las prácticas letradas a fin de analizar cómo son los textos digitales leídos y cómo es la inclusión de las tecnologías digitales en el proceso de lectura. A partir del análisis de las escenas de lectura digital en las aulas, se propone, en primer lugar, una categorización para clasificar a los distintos tipos de textos digitales de acuerdo con sus formas de producción, circulación y permisividades (affordances). En segundo lugar, a partir de las observaciones, se plantea que es necesario ser cautos respecto de los cambios en las prácticas de lectura con tecnologías digitales, ya que no siempre que se incorporan las tecnologías digitales cabe hablar de nuevas prácticas letradas y literacidades, sino solamente de nuevos soportes. Por esta razón, el carácter innovador de las prácticas letradas dependerá de las actividades y saberes que se expresen en las aulas.
En el presente artículo se presenta una categorización para dar cuenta de los modos de incorporación de las tecnologías digitales en las clases de Lengua y Literatura. Desde un enfoque sobre las prácticas de literacidad, se proponen cuatro categorías que permiten encuadrar los distintos usos de las tecnologías digitales en las aulas. La categorización fue elaborada a partir de las observaciones realizadas durante un trabajo de campo de carácter etnográfico en clases de nivel secundario en el Gran Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires, Argentina). La propuesta categoriza en cuatro los modos de incorporación de las tecnologías digitales en las clases de Lengua y Literatura: (a) como medio de comunicación, entre estudiantes y docentes; (b) como soporte para el desarrollo de contenidos; (c) como herramienta para la ejercitación y la resolución de actividades; y (d) como recurso para la creación y la experimentación en la producción de materiales multimodales. En el artículo se presentan y explican cada una de estas categorías y se las ilustra con escenas auténticas recogidas durante el trabajo de campo.
