Este artigo de revisão de literatura tem como objetivo analisar publicações de artigos científicos voltados para a saúde dos jovens em privação de liberdade, com um recorte específico para as crianças e adolescentes transexuais. A revisão sistemática integrativa foi realizada na seguinte base de dados: Descritores em ciências da saúde, entre os anos de 2011 a 2020, utilizando-se os descritores “medidas socioeducativas; saúde; transexualidade; adolescente; relação familiar” separadamente, analisando e separando os artigos de interesse que convergiam para o tema em questão. Após análise criteriosa, foram excluídos artigos que não preencheram os critérios de inclusão neste trabalho, sendo, assim, 27 documentos resultantes. Este estudo buscou extrair informações de artigos referentes às condições precárias a que estão sujeitos os jovens em situação de privação de liberdade, sobretudo quanto ao âmbito da saúde, além de destacar a questão da transexualidade atrelada a esses fatores. Após estudo da literatura obtida, ficou explícito o cenário precário, com lógica punitiva e permeado por violações à dignidade humana a que os jovens em medida socioeducativa estão expostos, sobretudo os transexuais, que carregam com mais peso o fardo da discriminação.
