O plantio do feijão-caupi (c.v. It measured the number of plants located in the middle row with symptoms of pest attack, and the calculation of the percentage of plants attacked. It was found that all treatments were effective in controlling Aphis craccivora, the best treatments for control of Chalcodermus bimaculatus were those who had been cunning application of neem oil, that the treatment using only the neem oil was effective in controlling Aphis craccivora, Bemisia tabaci, Empoasca kraemeri and the Chalcodermus bimaculatus. The treatments used in this study were not effective to control the Cerotoma arcuatus.
The objective of this study was to evaluate the components of production of Pioneer 30F35HR hybrid transgenic corn under three densities of plantation under cultivation in the savannah of Roraima. The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the CCA/UFRR in Cauamé Campus, in Boa Vista, RR -Brazil. For planting corn made using a seeder for direct seeding. The experimental design was a randomized block design with three replications and eight treatments. Treatments consisted of three plant spacing within the row: 0.33, 0.25 and 0.20 m, resulting in a population of 37,500; 50,000 and 62,500 plants ha -1 , respectively. The evaluations of morphological and agronomic characteristics of corn plants were made at 70 and 100 days after planting. The mean number of leaf first ear insertion height, first ear, flag leaf height, total plant height, total number of leaves, number of green leaves and leaf number after the first ear of corn hybrid Pioneer transgenic 30F35HR are not influenced by the increase in plant density between 37,500 and 62,500 plants ha -1 in cultivation done in the savannah of Roraima. Increased planting density of 37,500 to 62,500 ...
