Software development comprises stages that are interrelated with one another. The analysis and design stages are the initial stages in software development. For novice software developers, diagram making as software modeling is something that can be done as an alternative in developing computer applications or systems. In this study, we carried the interface design for software modeling applications out. The application developed later is a web-based application as a solution to licensing problems and expensive software modeling tools. This study only focuses on application design, does not contain implementation and application testing. The method used in this research is a user-centered design method. This method was chosen because it uses the user as the center of the design. So we expect it that the design can adjust to the wants, needs, and needs of relevant users. After we have completed the design as a mockup, the next research is to implement and implement the applications that have been designed in this study based on the results of user feedback
Pengelolaan data pasien pada sebuah rumah sakit atau klinik menjadi hal yang penting demi lancarnya aktivitas di rumah sakit atau klinik tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Data Pasien pada Klinik Cemara. Perangkat lunak yang dirancang memiliki fitur penambahan data diri pasien baru, menyimpan data diri pasien, menghapus data pasien yang sudah lama tidak berobat, serta mengupdate data diri pasien, jika sewaktu mendaftar ada ketentuan yang belum terpenuhi. Analisis kebutuhan sistem menggunakan analisis berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan diagram use case untuk menggambarkan fungsionalitas sistem, dan diagram kelas untuk menggambarkan hubungan antar kelas. Setelah dilakukan implementasi dan evaluasi hasil penggunaan aplikasi dilakukan pengujian baik secara alpha maupun beta. Pengujian dilingkungan pengguna menggunakan empat parameter yakni kebermanfaatan aplikasi, kemudahan dipelajari, kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa 80% pengguna setuju aplikasi bermanfaat, 80% setuju aplikasi mudah dipelajari, dan 80% pengguna puas terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Bahkan 100% pengguna setuju aplikasi mudah untuk digunakan. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini bermanfaat dan membantu dalam proses pengarsipan data pasien di Klinik Cemara. Learning is a series of complex and systematic activities. There was an interaction between teacher and students in classroom such as delivering material, learning certain subject, discussing for the topics, giving feedback, and becoming a great role model. Teaching and learning are two activities that occur simultaneously. When teaching English in classroom, teachers are adjusted as a center of learning process, they provide all facilities and play important role in classroom activities. Meanwhile conducting distance learning during this pandemic of Covid-19 is based on internet connection. Teachers are required to be literate in technology, moving from traditional teaching method to internet-based teaching method. In education, students have a very important role for schools. Creative and innovative students will bring good name and progress to the school. For this reason, besides getting formal education, students must make optimal use of technology. So that every student is able to compete with the outside world and have an established provision to continue their education to a higher level. Given the current situation where the world is confused with the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, school students are also recognized by the existence of an education system from home. Education from home does not mean students only learn themselves, but students are expected to be able to work with teachers and other students using the internet. This system is called e-learning or educational media with the internet. In fact, many students do not understand e-learning, especially junior high school students. The school that is the object of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in the context of community service is SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Semarang, having its address at Jl. Brotojoyo II no 22, Panggung Kidul Kec. North Semarang Semarang. This service is expected to provide understanding and assistance in implementing e-Learning using edmodo for students of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Semarang. And finally it can create more interactive learning and can increase student motivation..
