Кемерово, Кемеровская область МАССООБМЕН В ТРЁХФАЗНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ С ПНЕВМАТИЧЕСКИМ ПЕРЕМЕШИВАНИЕМ ТВЁРДОЙ И ЖИДКОЙ ФАЗ ГАЗОМ Аннотация: трёхфазные системы и обработка в них материалов имеют очень широкое распространение. Как отмечают авторы, основным достоинством трёхфазных систем является высокая степень извлечения целевого компонента. Ключевые слова: трёхфазна система, ионный обмен, плотность вероятности применения, треугольна диаграмма, математическое моделирование. Трёхфазные системы с ионитами получили широкое применение в различных отраслях промышленности, в первую очередь в гидрометаллургии, вследствие простоты аппаратурного оформления процесса с использованием одной из фаз-газа-в качестве движителя процесса. Отсутствие механических рабочих органов (мешалок, ножей, скребков и т. п.) позволило выполнить аппараты с трёхзначной цифрой величины рабочего объёма. Создание аппаратов «пачук» [1] определило применение трёхфазных систем в гидрометаллургии и в последующем в пищевой и химической технологиях для интенсификации взаимодействия твёрдой и жидкой фаз (суспензии) при циркуляционном перемешивании их газом. Отчётливо проявляется тенденция увеличения содержания твердой фазы, причём найден режим густой суспензии [2], который определён в интервале Т:Ж = 1,98-2,80 и применён в процессе регенерации катионита КУ-2-8 (рис. 1, график 3).
