The ability to determine and control the normalized concentrations has been established using the experimentally obtained dependencies of the active and reactive constituents of conductivity in the wide frequency range of the electromagnetic field on the composition of the multicomponent fluid and the impurity concentrations. For high-aqueous substances dissolved in water (cooling liquids), a method for controlling the qualitative and quantitative composition is developed. It is based on the comparison of the measured and experimentally established active conductivity component and the comparison of the corresponding dependencies in the frequency field of the reactive component of conductivity. The developed electric method allows quantitative and qualitative estimation of the composition of the coolant on the contents of controlled components in the short time (up to 2 seconds) in a non-laboratory environment and to ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment.
The main part of drinking water consumption falls on powerful industrial facilities, however, the requirements for water used in technological processes are much lower than for drinking water. This work has shown that water contaminated with sulfates, after purification with natural adsorbents, comes up to the requirements of the standard. Determination of the initial and residual concentration of the pollutant in the solution was carried out through the control of electrical parameters, the so-called conductivity method. The purified solutions were used for the production of fine-grained concrete and the strength of the finished products was determined on the 28th day of hardening. The suitability of such solutions for use in the concrete industry was established not only from the point of view of suitability according to standards but also from the point of view of ensuring the required strength.
An autonomous cyberphysical adaptive system of controlled purification and control of water composition has been considered. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies of the functioning of the components of the proposed system of controlled purification and control of water composition has been performed. The proposed installation is designed to implement the technology of self-regulating system. When using intelligent digital means, it becomes an autonomous cyberphysical adaptive system of controlled purification and control of water composition.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
