Abstract Cement is one of the building material commodities that has an important role in the smooth running of development, particularly in the construction sector. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Change Management on Company Organizational Performance and to determine the Aspects of Organizational Performance and Organizational Performance which have a major influence based on the Analytic Network Process analysis. Respondents who were involved in the study were a research analysis and business owner with a material store business unit. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling method. This research was a descriptive study and requires a model and analysis tools that are able to accommodatethe research. The analytical tool used in this research was the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. With ANP, the study analyzed the value per cluster, the value of all nodes and the synthesis value of the change management cluster. The results showed that change management has an impact on organizational performance. In change management, leadership performance is one of the six dimensions that provide the most important impact and get the highest value. Whereas in organizational performance, task performance gets the highest score. Keywords: Change Management, Organizational Performance, Analytic Network Process
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran dari Gerakan Anti Food Waste dalam penguatan perekonomian UMKM dengan Surplus Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan aktivis dalam Organisasi Non Profit yang juga turut andil memberikan kampanye untuk penghentian kerusakan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Surplus Indonesia mampu memperkuat perekonomian UMKM dengan bekerja sama dalam bentuk mitra dimana Surplus Indonesia akan menjadi pemasar produk yang tidak habis terjual. Serta memberikan win-win solution bagi produsen dan konsumen. Dari sisi produsen, Surplus Indonesia menjadi pemasar produk yang tidak habis terjual dan memperoleh keuntungan. Sementara dari sisi konsumen, akan memperoleh harga yang lebih murah.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the sales conditions at PD. Sumber Jaya Alunimium, through the sales data pattern, identified the relationship between PSBB and the sales impact of PD. Sumber Jaya Aluminum, as well as factors from the decline in sales due to the Pandemic conditions. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis through purposive sampling technique with Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results showed that the sales data pattern of PD. Sumber Jaya Aluminum during the period December 2019 to April 2020 has a sales trend that tends to decline. Based on processing with the Analytic Network Process (ANP), Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) are a problem with the decline in company sales which causes the company's operations to stop. This is followed by the unavailability of raw materials, decreased demand and the effect of panic buying.
Krisis memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengubah pengaruh atau konsekuensi negatif menjadi isu-isu yang dapat merugikan baik organisasi maupun masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yang memerlukan penggunaan model dan instrumen analisis yaitu metode Analytic Method Process (ANP). Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan seorang Research Analyst dan Business Owner yang memiliki perusahaan manufaktur rak piring aluminium. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), setiap cluster memiliki hubungan antar cluster lain. Berdasarkan penilaian pada cluster manajemen krisis, pre crisis memiliki nilai node terbesar diantara tiga node yang diuji yang difokuskan dalam penelitian ini. Pada cluster brand awareness, terdapat empat node yang menjadi fokus penelitian dimana top of mind menjadi node tertinggi.
Abstract The high level of consumer engagement for shopping is a chance for local business owners to sell products that are in line with consumer demand. Purposive sampling is employed in this research together with a descriptive quantitative methodology. The number of respondents involved are two people who are marketing enthusiasts and consumers of Valencia by Enrica products who have started buying products since 2017 until now. The Analytic Network Process was the analytical tool utilized in this research.The node Intention to try a new product became the top node of and 0.639752, 0.538738, and 0.63975 based on the Synthesis Value, Limiting Value, and Normalized by Cluster on Brand Advocacy. The Preferential Interest Node becomes the best node in Normalized by Cluster on Purchase Interest at 0.57344. Valencia by Enrica brand advocacy endeavors are expected to have an influence on consumer interest in purchasing footwear by attracting buyers with innovative and high-quality goods.
