Based on spin-flip model (SFM), the impacts of mismatched intrinsic parameter on leader-laggard chaos synchronization between two mutually coupled verticalcavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) have been investigated numerically. Results show that, for two VCSELs with identical intrinsic parameter, the switching point of leader-laggard caused by continually varying frequency detuning or injection rate detuning is located at zero frequency detuning or zero injection rate detuning, which indicates that the VCSEL with higher frequency or subject to lower injection level plays a leader role. However, for two VCSELs with mismatched intrinsic parameter, the switched point of leader-laggard will deviate from zero frequency detuning or zero injection rate. Therefore, compared with the results obtained under matched intrinsic parameter, the opposite results have been observed in the range between zero detuning and switching point. Additionally, the offsets of switching point induced by different intrinsic parameters are different, and the influence of line-width enhancement factor is found to be the most significant.
A dynamical model to study the accumulation of ATM is proposed in this work. The ATM can accumulate either with low level of DSBs and presence of NBS1 proteins in cells, or with high level of DSBs and absence of NBS1. Both the two ways trigger the cell damage repair system. The interaction in p53 networks responding to DNA damage is discovered in many researches, but the mechanism of initiating oscillation remains unclear. We examine a model shows that the ATM-NBS1 feedback loop exhibits bistability. The bistability has essential roles in the mechanism of initiate oscillation.
Novel distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs) with 6-pair- GaAs/AlAs short period superlattice for the oxide-confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSEL) are designed. They are for the VCSEL that emits at 840 nm and is grown with 34-period n-type mirrors, three-quantum-well active region, and 22-period p-type mirrors. In addition, a 35-nm-layer of Al 0.98 Ga 0.02 As was inserted in the top mirrors for being selectively oxidized. The maximum output power is more than 2 mW with low threshold current of about 2 mA. The fact that the device's threshold current in both CW and pulsed operation depends slightly on the operation temperature shows its higher characteristic temperature (T0).
The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the fundamental task of ideological education of the higher education with Chinese characteristics should be implemented effectively and quality-oriented education be developed steadily. Compared with the new standard of ideological education in the new era, there are still many problems to be solved in accounting education. This paper makes a brief analysis of problems faced with accounting education in China's colleges and universities under the demand of strengthened ideological education in the new situation, and tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures of reform to better develop the discipline of accounting in China.
