In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the performance and functions of traditional robots have gradually failed to meet people’s needs for production and life, and the development of robots has gradually become intelligent and networked. Among them, as the core technology of mobile robot positioning and navigation, environment perception technology has always been the focus and hot research issue in the field of robotics. This paper mainly studies the design of a robot image perception system based on artificial intelligence. In this paper, a tetrahedral robot image-sensing system based on a panoramic camera is proposed and designed, and a U-net convolutional image semantic segmentation network is designed.
Now, industrial robots are gradually popularized in the industrial scene, gradually replacing some tasks that were originally participated in. In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional robots, a series of new concepts such as flexibility, lightweight, integrated joints, and cooperative robots have emerged gradually, and finally the cooperative robot with integrated joints has become a mainstream direction today. In view of the rise of cooperative robots and the demand for integrated joints, this paper studies the integrated design(ID) method of robot intelligent joints based on artificial intelligence(AI). The development and modeling of modular joint and the hardware design of integrated joint robot are discussed; The modular joint was tested from different aspects, and the torque and positioning accuracy of the joint were tested to verify the functionality and applicability of the modular joint.
Up to now, PLC output power is getting higher and higher, creating more favorable conditions for PLC control coil. With the maturity of sensing technology, the level of manipulator assembly operation is enhanced. The application of electromechanical intelligent(EI) control technology based on PLC technology is studied and analyzed in this paper. It takes YL-235A optical EI equipment as the research object, introduces its basic working process, introduces the hardware composition, electrical control composition, software required for work and use requirements of YL-235A optical EI training equipment in detail, and finally discusses the overall working process and requirements of the equipment in detail, and discusses the application of EI intelligent control technology of PLC technology.
