Hallucinations are a condition where one of the mental disorders in which a person is unable to distinguish between real life and fake life and experiences sensory disturbance perceptions of an object from outside the mental disorder that experiences changes in sensory perception, and feels false sensations in the form of sounds, sights, tastes, touch, or smell. Patients who are experiencing sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations, namely patients who usually seem to be talking to themselves, smiling to themselves, angry to themselves. During the assessment process carried out by the nurse, the therapeutic communication process is carried out and fosters a trusting relationship with the patient in carrying out the assessment. In the patient, Mr. B obtained the following data where the symptoms felt by Mr. B heard whispering voices ordering him to burn and steal. The diagnoses of retardation that appear in the process of caring for souls are auditory hallucinations, risk of suicide, social isolation. The purpose of this writing is to provide care assistance to Mr. B in the Merapi Sorcery Room. The writing method used is descriptive method and analyzes patients with mental injuries and conducts interview techniques, observations on hallucinations of patients with schizophrenia which are carried out in the Sorik Merapi Room. The results of the analysis of the attack intervention given to the patient by starting the implementation showed a decrease in the signs and symptoms felt by the patient after being given the intervention.
