The aim of research to determine the effect of cold pack on the decrese of pain childbirth at 1 active phase. The study design used Pre-Eksperiment Pratest-Postes Design. The population in this research where all women who give birth in BPS Ny.Mujiyati, Amd.Keb. Sample taken by simple random sampling. Data taken by observasion and analyzed using Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test significance 0,05. The result showed that cold pack was influence on the decrase of pain childbirth at 1 active phase in BPS Ny.Mujiyati, Amd.Keb. Joto Sanur village, Tikung SubDistrict, Lamongan District, year 2013.Keywords: cold pack, painful childbirth reduction
Desa Waru Kulon, Pucuk, Kabupaten Lamongan tahun 2016 sebanyak 20 ibu bersalin. Teknik sampling dengan concecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi nyeri. Data dianalisis dengan uji wilcoxon sign rank test. Hasil: sebagian besar (55%) ibu bersalin mengalami nyeri sedang sebelum diberikan terapi murottal Al-Qur ’an, dan sebagian besar (60%) ibu bersalin mengalami nyeri sedang sesudah diberikan terapi murottal Al-Qur ’an. Dari uji wilcoxon didapatkan p = 0,001 dengan α < 0,05. Simpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian terapi murottal Al-Qur ’an terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif.Kata Kunci: Nyeri persalinan, Kompres hangat, Kala I fase aktif
The incidence of premature rupture of membranes (PRM) ranges from 8-10% at term pregnancy and 1% in preterm pregnancy. The incidence of PRM at RSUD dr. SoegiriLamongan in 2017 amounted to 16,43%. The purpose of this study was to analyze risk factors of the occurrence of premature rupture membranes in RSUD Dr. SoegiriLamongan. The research used descriptive analytical method with cross sectional approach. The sample is 268 maternity mothers, divided into 134 mothers giving birth with PRM and 134 normal maternity mothers at Dr. Soegiri Lamongan on 2018. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. Data collection uses patient medical record and with multivariate multiple logistic regression analysis. The results showed that presentation abnormalities with a p value of 0.045 <0.05 and CPD with a p value of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the Odds Ratio (OR) values as follows: Maternal age OR 1,141, OR parity 0.933, OR fetal presentation 2,779, OR Twins 1,394, OR CPD 6. and OR Large infants 0.783.Meaning that there was a significant influence between fetal presentation and CPD on PRM.
Asphyxia or breathing difficulty after birth is still one of the primary causes of neonatal death in Indonesia. Three-quarters of neonatal deaths occur in the first week, 40% of them die within 24 h after birth. This study aimed to determine the risk factors for the incidence of newborn asphyxia. This research applied an analytical descriptive research design with a case-control approach. The sample size is divided into the case group of 100 newborns with asphyxia and the control group of 100 newborns without asphyxia using simple random sampling. The researchers utilized a checklist to obtain hospital medical records. The dependent variable was newborn asphyxia, while the independent variables were maternal age, parity, gestational age, type of delivery, length of delivery, maternal illness, and birth weight. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression at the level of significance (α) < 0.05. The results of the bivariate analysis indicated that factors associated with newborn asphyxia were maternal age, gestational age, length of delivery, maternal illness, and baby weight (p < 0.05). Parity and the type of delivery were not concerning newborn asphyxia. Multivariate analysis showed that the dominant factors affecting the incidence of newborn asphyxia were
