Blood Transfusion Unit (BTU) is a blood bank of Indonesian Red Cross (IRC) which duties are to give service, collect blood donation, store and distribute blood according to the request of people in need. Administration process of BTU Merauke is in trouble due to conventional blood donation data management. Therefore, it difficult to specify the number of blood bag in BTU. Also, people who need blood donation must come to BTU office. E-Blood Bank Application is an information system which used to organize blood donation data and order blood online. The application is developed electronically so that it can provide information on blood stock in real time and connect it to BTU, people who need blood donors, and the donor community. Hence, blood stock information can be accessed through easily accessed media at any time and anywhere as long as it is connected to the network. Based on the result of implementation and testing application, it can be concluded that organizing blood donor data electronically through application may present real time blood stock, donor history and order blood bag online. Thus, it helps the service of BTU to people.
The results of decision making play an important role in achieving a goal in solving certain problems. In the decision making process requires data or supporting evidence that can be used as a guide for the selection of solutions based on available alternatives, so as to produce choices that can increase productivity. MCDM method for the analysis of research data namely AHP, TOPSIS and SMART, the three methods are tested, because each MCDM method has a different way of working or algorithm, so it is necessary to experiment with certain cases. This study aims to determine the performance of the AHP, TOPSIS, and SMART methods with a case study of selecting superior female cattle breeds. The application of three MCDM methods for alternative analysts of prospective superior beef cattle based on testing to determine the accuracy of comparing the results/output of the system with expert recommendation solutions using a sample of 15 female cows that produce priority/ranking for superior beef cattle, shows that the performance of the three methods produces priority selection results the same, with 80% priority accuracy.
Decision support systems are used as evidence-based decision-making tools in agriculture to provide relevant information. The implementation is to recommend the provision of fertilizer for rice plants, to support plant growth based on location specifics. This study aims to analyze the final results of two SMART and AHP methods by comparing the final results in evaluating the best alternatives. The criteria analyzed are; location, the yield of rice productivity, Leaf Color, Planting Season, Nutrient Status of P, nutrient status of K soil, Fertilizer Cage, Organic Straw Material, Use of Compost Fertilizer. For alternative solutions in the form of rice fertilizer dosage N, P, K. The results of the analysis of the two methods show that both have similarities in determining location-specific rice fertilizer recommendations, which are measured by comparing alternative final results of the two methods with recommendations from experts. Tests were carried out in ten cases with different locations. The accuracy of the two methods was 70%.
E-business security becomes an important issue in the development of technology, to ensure the safety and comfort of transactions in the exchange of information is privacy. This study aims to improve security in e-business systems using a hybrid algorithm that combines two types of keys, namely symmetric and asymmetric keys. Encryption and decryption of messages or information carried by a symmetric key using the simple symmetric key algorithm and asymmetric keys using the Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) algorithm. The proposed hybrid algorithm requires a high running time in the decryption process compared to the application of a single algorithm. The level of security is stronger because it implements the process of message encryption techniques with two types of keys simultaneously.
Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) TPU Tanah Miring dalam pengelolaan makam, masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan dalam buku besar permohonan lahan makam serta data jenazah dan ahli waris. Banyaknya makam pada TPU tidak dapat diingat oleh penjaga makam. Hal ini membuat pihak pengelola kesulitan ketika melakukan pencarian data makam. Serta sulit bagi keluarga yang jauh ketika berziarah untuk mencari lokasi makam. Perlu dibangun sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan pihak pengelola untuk pendataan lahan pemakaman serta sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi data makam. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL (My Structured Query Language) sebagai manajemen basis datanya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Black box dan kuisioner, didapatkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk pendataan makam dan menampilkan informasi makam, serta informasi pelayanan makam pada TPU Tanah Miring.
