This research is a quantitative research, and the location of this research is PT Karindo Putra Jaya. The population in this study were all employees of PT Karindo Putra Jaya, totaling 283 employees. The sample used is 100 respondents, using a probability sampling technique that is carried out by cluster sampling. Using questionnaires, interviews and unstructured observations to collect data. With the help of SPSS data processing software, multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results showed that the level of education had a partial effect on the performance of PT Karindo Putra Jaya employees, work experience had a partial effect on the performance of PT Karindo Putra Jaya employees, the work environment had a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Karindo Putra Jaya. partially on the performance of employees of PT Karindo Putra Jaya and the level of education, work experience and work environment have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT Karindo Putra Jaya.
This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.
This study aims to examine and analyze about the effect of product quality, price and service quality on purchasing decisions at McDonald's Taman Pinang Sidoarjo. This research is a quantitative research type. The samples in this research were 170 people and were taken using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a modified 4-point likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research are using data quality testing, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study has the following results: (1) Product quality influences purchasing decisions at McDonald's Taman Pinang Sidoarjo. (2) Price influences purchasing decisions at McDonald's Taman Pinang Sidoarjo. (3) Service quality influences purchasing decisions at McDonald's Taman Pinang Sidoarjo. (4) Product quality, price and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at McDonald's Taman Pinang Sidoarjo.
Tourism has an influence on social, economic and environmental life for the people of the tourism area, both from positive and negative sessions, from the economic sector, there are a lot of jobs that arise starting from the provision of accommodation services, restaurants, tourism services, to souvenir businesses. This development will also have an impact on State and Regional revenues from the tax sector. And examine social, economic and environmental development of tourist objectsThis type of research survives with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews with informants including residents around the area, tourism and tourist managers and key informants include community leaders, youth organizations. Data analysis techniques used data triangulation and the Miless Hubermen method.The results of the study show that: 1) the development of Delta Fishing tourism objects from social, economic and environmental studies on the area of tourism objects in gen- eral has a positive impact. 2). Social studies have shifted more openly to migrants. 3). An economic study shows medium business opportunities and provides economic activities such as food, rice stalls, parking lots. 4). Environmental studies have a negative impact on the environment due to tourist activities close to villages and access to village roads that cause pollution and are in the rice fields.
This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, atmosphere, and consumer loyalty at Heritage Of Handayani in Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection technique used is tabulating the questionnaire. The population in this study are consumers who visit and make purchases at Heritage Of Handayani in Sidoarjo. Based on Supranto's formula, the sample in this study was 97 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test show that the influence of brand image, atmosphere and simultaneous influence on consumer loyalty. and the partial test shows that the influence of brand image, atmosphere and partial influence on Heritage Handayani in Sidoarjo and the satisfaction variable shows the most significant influence on consumer loyalty.
