As recessões gengivais são caracterizadas como a perda de inserção, que resulta na diminuição da faixa de gengiva, possuindo como consequência a exposição da superfície radicular. Existem diversas técnicas cirúrgicas periodontais que têm como finalidade recobrir áreas desnudas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um caso clínico no qual foi utilizado enxerto de tecido conjuntivo subepitelial associado ao retalho reposicionado coronalmente como tratamento de recessões múltiplas gengivais, com a finalidade de recuperar os aspectos funcionais e estéticos do periodonto. Paciente de 23 anos, gênero masculino, normosistêmico, compareceu à clínica de estágio em periodontia da Universidade Nilton Lins, relatando como principal queixa a insatisfação estética devido a posição de sua gengiva em determinados dentes. O tratamento proposto foi a realização de cirurgia periodontal de recobrimento pela técnica de enxerto de tecido conjuntivo subepitelial associado ao retalho reposicionado coronalmente, optando-se pelo palato como leito doador. Após o procedimento, o paciente foi orientado aos devidos cuidados com a higiene bucal, retornou para a retirada das suturas em um intervalo de 15 dias e apresentava uma boa evolução da cicatrização, depois de três meses foi possível constatar resultado estético favorável, estável, com recobrimento total das recessões, textura e coloração gengival compatíveis. Diante do procedimento realizado houve um resultado satisfatório em relação ao recobrimento radicular, tanto em aspectos quantitativos, quanto qualitativos. Obtendo uma ótima integração do tecido enxertado, devolvendo assim, os aspectos funcionais e estéticos para o paciente.
