El presente artículo hace parte del proyecto de investigación Promoción de competencias parentales para el desarrollo de conductas prosociales de niños y niñas de 4 a 7 años realizado en el eje cafetero y que hace parte del programa presentado a Colciencias: “Sentidos y prácticas políticas de niños, niñas y jóvenes en contextos de vulnerabilidad en el eje cafetero, Antioquia y Bogotá: un camino posible de consolidación de la democracia, la paz y la reconciliación mediante procesos de formación ciudadana”. Es el resultado de la segunda fase del proyecto, en la que mediante la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas se buscó describir las prácticas de crianza en la primera infancia utilizadas por las familias de dos municipios de Caldas.
