Cet article se propose de mettre en lumière une première série de constats, enjeux et propositions, perçus comme les points de depart du programme de recherche Théâtre Appliqué Socialement Innovant (TASI). Ce programme, porté par la plateforme CRISO (Création et Innovation Sociale) de l’Université Toulouse — Jean Jaurès, se centre sur l’articulation des pratiques des arts vivants (théâtre et clown) à la favorisation du bien-être au travail. Cet article revient, tout d’abord, sur les problems définitionnels posés par la notion de théâtre appliqué, pouren suite souligner la brèche épistémologique concernant l’articulation du théâtre appliqué au bien-être au travail. Enfin, il propose quelques axes pour l’élaboration d’une méthode d’évaluation des effets, en termes de contribution au bien-être au travail, des pratiques dramatiques.
