Tyrimo pagrindimas. Literatūroje pateikiama nepakankamai duomenų apie veidrodinio grįžtamojo ryšio efektyvumą kineziterapijos metu. Tai pagalbinė priemonė, efektyviai galinti padėti ligoniams atsigauti po stuburo juosmeninės dalies tarpslakstelinio disko išvaržos pašalinimo operacijos 2-uoju reabilitacijos etapu. Visgi neurologijos srityje veidrodinis grįžtamasis ryšys, taikomas plačiai ir seniai, yra paremtas motoriniais atvaizdais, o tai gali skatinti galvos smegenų žievės sluoksnio plastiškumą. Tikslas – įvertinti veidrodinio grįžtamojo ryšio poveikį po stuburo juosmeninės dalies tarpslankstelinio disko išvaržos pašalinimo operacijos 2-uoju reabilitacijos etapu. Metodai. Buvo tiriama 30 ligonių, iš jų 19 vyrų ir 11 moterų. Tiriamieji buvo suskirstyti į dvi grupes – pirmą (taikyti stabilizavimo pratimai be veidrodinio grįžtamojo ryšio) ir antrą (taikyti stabilizavimo pratimai su veidrodiniu grįžtamuoju ryšiu). Kineziterapijos programos buvo taikomos 4 savaites, 2 kartus per dieną. Prieš reabilitaciją ir po jos buvo vertinama tiriamųjų kojų raumenų jėga, dinaminė pusiausvyra, plintančio skausmo intensyvumas į vieną arba į abi kojas. Rezultatai. Skausmo intensyvumas po kineziterapijos programų statistiškai reikšmingai (p < 0,05) sumažėjo abiejose tiriamųjų grupėse. Tačiau tarp grupių skausmo vertinimo rodiklių vidurkiai statistiškai reikšmingai nesiskyrė (p > 0,05). Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad kineziterapijos programa, kai taikomas veidrodinis grįžtamasis ryšys, buvo statistiškai reikšminga (p < 0,05) gerinant ligonių dinaminę pusiausvyrą. Nustatyta, kad po skirtingų kineziterapijos programų kojų raumenų jėga statistiškai reikšmingai (p < 0,05) padidėjo abiejose grupėse. Išvados. Apibendrinant galima teigti, kad asmenims po stuburo išvaržos operacijos abi kineziterapijos metodikos efektyvios, ligonių funkcinė būklė pagerėjo, o skausmo intensyvumas sumažėjo. Visgi kineziterapija, kai taikomas veidrodinis grįžtamasis ryšys, buvo efektyvesnė.
