Given the establishment of new journals as a way to fill in gaps and further studies in the area of Knowledge Management and the impact Knowledge Management has had for two decades as a tool for competitive advantage, the aim of the study was to point out tendencies and discuss academic production in Knowledge Management over the years. As the focus of discussion, the article analyzes the relationship of Knowledge Management between Innovation Management, Technology Management and Information Management. The source material for mapping academic output was ten international journals, which were selected from 2006 to 2012, obtaining an initial sample of 2,900 papers. The systematic search was conducted to identify which relationships are more predominant in the journals selected. Through the analysis of relationships in publications within the time interval established, it was found that the relationship between Knowledge Management and Technology Management appears much more frequently in all publications over the years. The relationship between Knowledge Management and Technology Management decreased significantly in recent years. In contrast, there was an increase in papers discussing Knowledge Management and Innovation Management. AbstractThis article aims to investigate the link between elements of the knowledge management process, represented by the conversion mechanisms, and the elements related to the knowledge creation process for the generation of eco-innovations. To achieve these objectives, an exploratory study was carried out, with a qualitative approach, with a large Brazilian agribusiness company, focused on research. The 43 results show a close link between the mechanisms of knowledge conversion and the practices and tasks performed in R & D for the generation of eco-innovations. The modes of knowledge conversion occur in all projects, both for the generation of eco-processes, and for the generation of innovative eco-products. The article contributes to a better understanding of how knowledge is created and converted to the generation of eco-innovations, identifying the main mechanisms by which knowledge transfer takes place.

Abstract:Currently there are different approaches to project management such as agile and warterfall ones. One way to improve management is by selecting practices that are more favorable to each project and there are diagnostic tools that seek to characterize projects and facilitate this adaptation. The objective of this research is to comprehend the diagnosis process of the project management practices utilized by an enterprise of the Brazilian automotive sector, contrasting with the recommendations found in the literature. The study presents three cases of visual project management practices adaptation, from agile management, in distinct areas of the same company, leader in the auto parts sector. It is described how the professionals of the company identified their needs of visual management and how they proceeded in the implantation. It was identified the absence of a systematic process for the project management practices diagnosis, and the barriers and challenges faced. Good practices are also identified, such as the use of other diagnostic tools and the involvement of the whole team in the definition and elaboration of visual management boards.
