Embora o processo de elaboração de uma tese seja um trabalho individual, ele é certamente produto de um esforço conjunto de diversas pessoas que passaram por minha vida nestes longos anos de doutorado e que contribuíram, de diferentes formas, para que esta fase fosse concluída com êxito. São muitas as pessoas e instituições que marcaram esse período e a elas quero deixar meus agradecimentos.Agradeço em primeiro lugar ao Instituto de Economia da Unicamp, minha casa durante a graduação e, depois, no doutorado.
