Safety accident of high formwork supporting system, will causing heavy casualties and enormous economic losses and negative social impacts.In construction management of day-to-day work in forceful measures must be taken, and enhance safety awareness,and fully implement the responsibility system for production safety in order to put an end to the formwork support systems stent collapse accident.
The neural network has been introduced into the studies of credit risk assessment. However, the ratio of the dataset for training and testing is difficult to determine, so the neural network is not robust enough to give the judgment. Therefore, using the 2000 instances of personal consumer credit data set for approval of credit applications of a provincial-level China Construction Bank, for the BP neural network model, the study focused on the ratio of the dataset for training and testing. The results show that, when the ratio of the dataset for training and testing is 800:1200, the neural network model 2 for credit risk assessment has better performance. And it can achieve the desired accuracy and computational efficiency, so the BP network system for credit risk assessment is optimized.

The effects of creep and shrinkage of concrete is non-ignorable to strength of steel and concrete composite beams under sustained load, and the relative slippage should be considered for internal force. Time-dependent modulus method is presented, formulas of the stress and strain at any time are deduced considering creep, shrinkage and the relative slippage. The variational stress is analysed of the steel and concrete composite beams under sustained load.
In this paper, the abilities of recovery and regeneration for aged asphalt of a new type of asphalt pavement maintenance agent are studied. The agent is applied in the construction of test section of Yuhe Road, and the pavement performances before and after the construction are compared. The test indicates that after the maintenance agent is added into aged asphalt, the penetration and ductility are effectively improved, the softening point is lowered. When the penetration depth of agent reaches 6 mm,the texture depth , friction coefficient and antiskid value are improved to some extent ,the water permeability coefficient is reduced, and the appearance of pavement is improved as well,The paper provided reference for the applying curing agent of asphalt pavement to the preventive maintenance system.
