The work presented is based on the experiences in the rehabilitation of a patient who suffered a cerebral infarction and it was necessary to make adaptations for her rehabilitation, due to the affectations of the COVID 19. Its objective is focused on achieving the active reincorporation of the patient to daily life and it was carried out from the use of a transversal descriptive, qualitative and non-experimental approach and methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, review of studies and medical results and observation. With the proposal and adjustments made to the therapeutic physical exercise program for hemiplegic patients, active reincorporation to social life was achieved.
