SUMMARY Primary peptic ulceration is no longer regarded as a rare disease of childhood, but its exact incidence and pathogenesis remain debatable. We report the case of an 11 ‐year‐old boy, who presented with a perforated primary gastric ulcer, a rare complication in this age group.
