Повышение долговечности головок поршней судовых малооборотных дизелей технологическими методамиАннотация: Приведены результаты исследования влияния лазерной обработки серого перлитного чугуна марок СЧ25 различного химического состава на величины глубины проплавления, шероховатости, структуры и твердости поверхности. Установлено, что при погонной энергии 10,5-11,0 джоулей в секунду на 1 мм наблюдается только оплавление вершин пиков, высота которых уменьшается на 4-8 мкм, структура зоны термического упрочнения -мартенсит. Лазерная обработка без расплавления поверхности чугуна позволяет повысить износостойкость серого перлитного чугуна примерно в 4 раза и уменьшить коэффициент трения в 1,8 раза. Увеличение погонной энергии свыше 20 джоулей в секунду на 1 мм приводит к расплавлению чугуна и образованию ледебурита. С увеличением погонной энергии глубина расплавления чугуна возрастает от 0,22 мм при 20 джоулях в секунду на 1 мм до 0,38 мм при 84 джоулях в секунду на 1 мм. Оплавление поверхности чугуна не улучшает его триботехнические свойства. Модифицирование упрочненной поверхности без оплавления материалом на основе вермикулита обеспечивает увеличение износостойкости в 1,5 раза и уменьшение коэффициента трения на 15% по сравнению с поверхностью, упроченной только лазерной закалкой. Модифицирование оплавленной поверхности обеспечивает увеличение износостойкости всего на 12%, при этом коэффициент трения уменьшается незначительно. Для повышения долговечности головок поршней судовых малооборотных дизелей предлагается технология установки противоизносных чугунных колец, упрочненных лазерной обработкой, с последующей трибомодификацией их рабочей поверхности слоистым силикатом на основе вермикулита.
