Religiosityis one of protective factor toward adolescents’ risked behavior. It is so important to teach them the religious value to family. The understanding of reproductive health will be easier to be received by adolescents and society if the process of delivering the content always consider the values and norm held by society. The previous research finding has been developed to a school-based reproductive health promotion for younger adolescents who have not faced akhil baliq (menarche or semenarche)with religious values approach known as Program Remaja Religi Sadar Reproduksi(Religious adolescents aware reproductive issue) or simply called as “Perisai Khatulistiwa (Borneo Shield)”. This program is one of school-based reproductive health promotion that promote reproductive health with Islamic values approach. This study was aimed to know the effectiveness of this program toward adolescents’ knowledge about adolescents’ reproductive health. Quantitative studies with quasi-experimental research design, non-equivalent control group design. Data collection techniques used is purposive sampling, n = 60, at four schools, n = 30 in the two schools as the intervention group and n = 30 in the two schools as a control group. Quantitative analysis used multiple linear regression. Multivariate analysis found that the program is effective on increasing adolescents’ knowledge of reproductive health p = 0.000 (p <0.05) coefficients B 21.56 (95% CI 19.38 to 23.75). Another factor influencing the knowledge of reproductive health are siblingsp = 0.03 (p <0.05) coefficients B -1.35 (95% CI -2.55-0,12) and extracurricular activities at school p = 0.04 (p <0.05) coefficients B 0.41 (95% CI 0.01 to 0.80). The study recommended model of school-based reproductive health promotion approach to Islam named “Program Remaja Religi Sadar Reproduksi” (Religious adolescents aware reproductive issue)” with abbreviated “PerisaiKhatulistiwa (Borneo Shield)”. This program has affected the knowledge about reproductive health, among adolescents.
<p><span lang="EN-US">The behavior to maintenance of reproductive organs, and self-adjustment on changes during puberty become its own problems on early adolescence (10-14 years old). True knowledge can improve reproductive health and prevent of free sex behavior end up with unsafe abortion even death in adolescence. School has a major role in shaping positive attitudes in children towards reproductive health at puberty. It is important to find and develop a program of reproductive health school-based in the form of "extracurricular" health reproductive in early adolescence (10-14 years old) not existed in Indonesia up to now. To find and design a model school-based health promotion programs in the form of "extracurricular" reproductive health that can be applied to the early adolescence in school. Qualitative research with a phenomenology approach, to explore models of reproductive health promotion programs in the early adolescence. The mining data was qualitative of focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interview. Participants in this research were 36 people of purposive sampling technique into account maximum variation sampling, and data analyze used the thematic analysis. The study results found a reproductive </span><span lang="EN-US">health</span><span lang="EN-US"> promotion model school-base with extracurricular approach of </span><span lang="EN-US">reproductive health. </span><span lang="EN-US">The program is carried out outside school hours learning activities on reproductive </span><span lang="EN-US">health</span><span lang="EN-US">, with a study of the self-development, social, physical, sexual violence and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections. Program applied by using approach method and innovative media balance to age of adolescent’s development and involve health workers, teachers and parents.</span></p>
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, children's education has been carried out remotely. Learning done at home makes the role of parents very important, learning done at home makes the role of parents very important, parents must be able to facilitate learning activities carried out by children, that education should be done as early as possible at home, roles and responsibilities The responsibility lies on the shoulders of parents because parents are the main educators in the family, not only intellectual matters but education for the formation of a noble personality. This role is often referred to as the education of children in the family. The research design used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study, which describes, describes the experience of the role of parents towards children in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for grade 1 students of MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) Hidayatul Mubtadiin Kapur Village. The results of this study indicate that the experience of the role of parents of grade 1 students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) school in the village of lime. That is, parents carry out two roles at once, first as parents and second as teachers at home; provide facilities and infrastructure for children, and parents as facilitators, motivators, influencers and mentors. And the difficulty of the role of parents of grade 1 students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) school, Kapur Village. namely the educational background of parents affects the level of ease and difficulty of parents in educating children, parents who have jobs and the time available.
