Bei Einwirkung von Slurehalogeniden oder -anhydriden auf bis-silylierte Acetylene, wie z. B. Bis-trimethylsilyl-acetylen (I), wird unter Bildung von silylierten Alkinonen nur ein Silylrest durch eine Acylgruppe substituiert. Umsebung von I mit a-Chlor-alkylathern ergibt jedoch durch Substitution beider Silylreste Bisalkoxy-alkine. In mono-silylierten Acetylenen, z. B. im Trimethylsilyl-phenylacetylen, ist die Silylgruppe ebenfalls gegen einen Acylrest austauschbar. Addition von Aziden wie Trimethylsilyl-bzw. Phenylazid an Silylacetylene fiihrt zu silylierten 1.2.3-Triazolen. Bei diesen erfolgt bereits durch Einwirkung von Methanoi in der Kllte die Abspaltung der N-Silylgruppe, wtihrend die C-Silylgruppe erst durch langeres Behandeln mit methanolischer Saure abgespalten wird. Der Reaktionsmechanismus bei der Entstehung der silylierten Alkinone wird diskutiert.
Aus den Blüten des weißen Flieders (Syringa vulgaris L.) gelang es, sechs Kaffoylglykosen zu isolieren, von denen Acteosid (1) und Neoacteosid (2) in kristalliner Form erhalten wurden. Die Strukturaufklärung von 1 und 2 erfolgte durch Permethylierung, saure und alkalische Hydrolyse sowie Heranziehung der NMR-, UV- und IR-Spektren.1 erwies sich als (3.4-Dihydroxy-β-phenyläthyl) 0-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 →· 3) -β-ᴅ- (4-O-kaffoyl) glucopyranosid und 2 als (3.4-Dihydroxy-β-phenyläthyl) O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 →· 3) -O- [β-ᴅ-glucopyranosyl (1 →· 6)] -β-ᴅ- (2-O-kaffoyl) -glucopyranosid.Bei den übrigen vier Verbindungen konnte papierchromatographisch ermittelt werden, daß es sich bei allen um (3.4-Dihydroxy-β-phenyläthyl) -glucoside handelt, bei denen die Kaffeesäure ebenfalls esterartig an dieser Glucose sitzt. Sie unterscheiden sich durch die Art und Anzahl der anderen Zuckerkomponenten. Einer der weiteren Inhaltsstoffe des Flieders konnte als (4-Hydroxy-β-phenyläthyl) -β-D-glucopyranosid (3) identifiziert werden.
Die Keaktion von Oxalylchlorid rnit silyliertern 4.5-Diarnjno-uracil (I) fiihrt unter Ringschlun zu 2.4.6.7-Tetrakis-trirnethylsiloxy-pteridin (11); silylierte Arninopyrimidine ergeben unter diesen Bedingungen Purin-Derivate. Die besonders leicht alkylierbare Tetrakis-trilthylsilyl-harnslure VI liefert bei Einwirkung von Dimethyl-brw. Dilthylsulfat oder Methyljodid fast quantitativ z. T. sonst nur schwer zugangliche Derivate wie 1.7.9-Trimethyl-(VIIa), 1.7.9-Trilthyl-(VIIb), 1.3.7.9-Tetrarnethyl-(VIIc) und I-Methyl-harnslure (XIII). Ebenso llRt sich silylierte Harnslure VI gut in 3-Stellung glykosidieren. So konnten erstmals Harnslure-3-glucosid (XIXf), -3-ribopyranosid (XIXd) und -3-ribofuranosid (XIXe) erhalten werden. Letzteres ist mit dem in der Natur vorkomrnenden Ribosid identisch.Eine Reihe von Diaminen, die sich rnit Saurechloriden nicht umsetzen lassen, werden durch vorherige Silylierung reaktionsfahig. So kann man das Tetrakis-trimethylsilyl-4.5-diamino-uracil I -im Gegensatz zu freiem 4.5-Diamino-uracil -mit Phosgen unter RingschluD in Harndure iiberfiihrenz). Bei Einwirkung von Oxalylchlorid auf I gelangt man bereits bei 0" in guter Ausbeute zu 2.4.6.7-Tetrakis-trimethylsiloxy-pteridin (11), dem tetrasilylierten Desaminoleukopterin. Hiermit ist erneut die hohe Reaktivitat der silylierten Amine erwiesen. Aminopyrimidine liel3en sich nach bisherigen Befunden entweder nur durch Schmelze3.4) oder in formylierter Form 5) in waDriger Losung und bei erhohter Temperatur rnit Oxaldure in Pteridin iiberfiihren. Die 2.4.5-Tris-trimethylsilylamino-pyrimidine IIla bzw. IIIb ergeben rnit Oxalylchlorid statt der erwarteten Pteridine die Purine IVa bzw. IVb, die sich rnit Methanol leicht zu 2-Amino-6-isopropyloxy-8-hydroxy-(Va) bzw. 2-Amino-6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-purin (Vb) entsilylieren lassen.Die IR-Spektren, uber die wir spater eingehend berichten werden, sprechen fur die Strukturen I1 sowie 1Va und IVb.Bei der Reaktion von Oxalylchlorid rnit IIIa bzw. IIIb erfolgt also Decarbonylierung unter Bildung des cyclischen Kohlensaurederivate. Dieses Verhalten wurde wiederholt, so z. B. auch bei der Umsetzung von Oxalylchlorid rnit Phenyllthylamino-acetamid, beobachteta). an. Die Konstitution des bisher noch unbekannten VIIIc ergibt sich aus dem Vergleich seiner UV-und IR-Spektren rnit denen von VIIIb.Silylierte Verbindungen reagieren auch rnit Alkylhalogeniden wesentlich leichter. Im Gegensatz zu freiem a-Pyridon, das sich rnit Methyljodid erst bei 100" unter Druck umsetzt 12), wird 2-Trimethylsiloxy-pyridin (IX) rnit Methyljodid bereits bei kurzem Erhitzen auf dem Wasserbad nach Art einer H1LB~~T-JoH~soN-Reaktion 13) in N- Wird VI rnit Methyljodid bei etwa 120' zur Reaktion gebracht, so bildet sich die bereits erwahnte 1.7.9-Trimethyl-2-triathylsilyl-harnsaure (VIIIa), die durch Hydrolyse in 1.7.9-Trimethyl-harnsaure (VIIa) iibergeht.
