Análise cinemática da corrida com pés descalços em indivíduos que normalmente correm calçados. Impacto da utilização do calçado sobre a cinemática da corrida PALAVRAS CHAVE: Cinemática. Tecnologia de amortecimento. Corrida de rua. RESUMO O objetivo do presente estudo foi comparar o padrão cinemático de corrida em indivíduos calçados e descalços. Foram recrutados 8 indivíduos, com idades compreendidas entre 18 e 51 anos, praticantes de corrida de rua, que normalmente utilizam calçados com tecnologias de amortecimento em seus treinamentos diários. O indivíduo, primeiramente, correu numa esteira ergométrica, com seus tênis habituais de treino, durante 5 minutos, à velocidade de 8 km/h, para familiarização e ambientação. A cada 1 minuto, a velocidade era incrementada em 1 km/h, até atingir-se 85% da frequência cardíaca de reserva do indivíduo. Atingida a FC alvo, realizou-se uma filmagem digital a uma frequência de 120 Hz, no plano sagital, durante 15 segundos. Após o indivíduo caminhar durante 3 minutos a 5 km/h, repetiu-se o procedimento, desta vez descalço. Foram encontradas alterações significativas nos padrões cinemáticos da corrida descalço em relação a calçado nos ângulos de flexão de tornozelo (112.8 ± 7.91° e 100.8 ± 9.04°, respectivamente) e joelho (163.3 ± 4.03° e 151.1 ± 5.67°); ângulo do joelho em relação ao eixo horizontal (97.1 ± 3.04° e 89.6 ± 3.16°); e no ângulo do tornozelo em relação ao eixo vertical (76.9 ± 6.20° e 93.9 ± 4.55°). Os resultados encontrados sugerem que tais alterações podem estar relacionadas à diminuição da força de reação do solo e à possível ergonomia com pés descalços.
