Este artigo investiga um sistema de geração de energia eólica com o gerador síncrono de imãs permanentes (GSIP) incorporado a um algoritmo de compensação de corrente harmônica. O comportamento do sistema é analisado para variação de potência gerada e sob velocidade variável. O controle das potências é realizado no conversor do lado do gerador (CLG) em coordenadas dq utilizando o controlador PI convencional e, no conversor do lado da rede (CLR) em coordenadas αβ com o controlador P-Multiressonante. O GSIP é conectado a um conversor CA/CC e, por meio de um elo CC é conectado à rede elétrica através de um conversor CC/CA. No ponto de acoplamento comum (PAC) é conectado uma carga não-linear que demanda uma corrente não-senoidal da rede elétrica. Um filtro ativo paralelo (FAP) a partir do CLR é implementado para mitigar as componentes harmônicas da rede elétrica e melhorar a qualidade de energia. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a técnica aplicada no controle das potências ativa e reativa, e na filtragem ativa pelo CLR foram satisfatórios para o fornecimento de energia na rede elétrica.

Este artigo analisa o comportamento de um sistema de energia eólica quando submetido à variação de potência produzida na geração. A conexão de sistemas de geração distribuída à rede elétrica impõe desafios no controle da potência gerada, visto que toda demanda da carga deve ser suprida integralmente. Nesse sentido, é proposto o controle de potência em um sistema de geração de energia eólica com uso de um gerador síncrono de ímã permanente (GSIP) de velocidade variável. As potências ativa e reativa são controladas no conversor do lado do gerador (CLG) pela orientação do fluxo rotórico no eixo-d. No conversor do lado da rede (CLR), a potência injetada na rede é controlada pelo sincronismo entre a tensão da rede e a corrente produzida no CLR. A estrutura do sistema consiste em um GSIP com capacidade nominal de geração de 12 kW conectado através de um conversor CA/CC a um elo CC que, por sua vez, é conectado à rede por um conversor CC/CA. Neste esquema, o CLR é usado para controlar a tensão do elo CC e das correntes entregues ao ponto de acoplamento comum (PAC). Os resultados de simulações permitem inferir que a técnica empregada no controle de potências do sistema analisado mostrou-se satisfatório para a geração de energia eólica entregue à rede elétrica.
Este artigo avalia técnicas de controle aplicadas a um sistema de geração de energia eólica equipado com o gerador síncrono de ímã permanente (PMSG - Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) conectado à rede elétrica sob tensão de rede distorcida. O conversor eletrônico back-to-back é utilizado para conectar a fonte de geração eólica a rede elétrica através de um filtro indutivo. As potências ativa e reativa do gerador são controladas pela orientação do fluxo do rotor pelo conversor do lado do gerador (CLG) utilizando controladores PI para as malhas de correntes e velocidade. O conversor do lado da rede (CLR) regula a tensão do barramento CC e controla as correntes sintetizadas na saída do conversor. A mitigação harmônica é incorporada ao sistema de energia eólica e, juntamente com o algoritmo DSOGI-PLL (do inglês Dual Second Order Generalized Integrator-Phase Locked Loop) garantem a melhoria da qualidade da energia por meio da redução da distorção da corrente da rede. O sistema de energia eólica é analisado em três estudos de casos sob variação da potência gerada e distorções na tensão da rede elétrica com a mesma carga não-linear conectada no ponto de acoplamento comum (PAC). Os resultados obtidos na simulação mostram que as estratégias de controle aplicadas ao sistema em conjunto com a filtragem ativa pelo CLR e DSOGI-PLL garantem o fornecimento de energia à rede elétrica e apresentam as menores distorções harmônicas nas correntes da rede. Para esta condição de carga, foi possível verificar que o DSOGI-PLL funciona melhor para maiores distorções de tensão na alimentação.
