Informações sobre o desempenho de cultivares em épocas específicas de plantio são importantes, principalmente para o principal estado produtor de amendoim do Brasil: São Paulo. Este trabalho objetivou avaliar o desempenho agronômico de genótipos de amendoim, na região da Alta Paulista, munícipio de Parapuã, no estado de São Paulo, semeado no início da safra. O experimento foi desenvolvido no ano agrícola 2021/22, em Parapuã – SP. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições. Os tratamentos foram onze genótipos de amendoim rasteiro alto oleico, sendo duas cultivares: BRS 423 OL, BRS 425 OL e nove linhagens: 1253 OL, 1991 OL, 2010 OL, 2055 OL, 2091 OL, 2110 OL, 2173 OL, 2914 OL e 3311 OL, desenvolvidas pelo PMA da Embrapa. As parcelas foram compostas por duas linhas de três metros de comprimento, com espaçamento ente linhas de 0,90 m, intervalo entre parcelas de dois metros e parcela total de 5,4 m2. As características avaliadas foram severidade de mancha anelar, massa de 100 grãos e produtividade de vagens. Apesar de a semeadura ter sido feita em outubro, foi observada a ocorrência de eventos adversos para esta época, como epidemia severa de mancha anelar, períodos longos de estiagem e temperaturas elevadas durante o período de desenvolvimento das plantas. Os genótipos 2173 OL, 2010 OL, BRS 425 OL, BRS 423 OL, 1253 OL, 2055 OL e 2091 OL obtiveram produtividades de vagens superiores à média do experimento, entre os quais BRS 425 OL, 2055 OL, BRS 423 OL, 2173 OL, 2010 OL e 2914 OL também tiveram as menores notas de severidade de mancha anelar.
