Aplicações que usam o crowdsourcing acoplado à tecnologia móvel, são chamadas de crowdsourcing móvel (CM). Aplicativos que envolvem crowdsourcing têm uma necessidade crescente de engajamento. O nosso principal objetivo foi verificar como comentários negativos - ou reclamações -, relacionados a fatores que influenciam diretamente o engajamento, influenciam a avaliação dos usuários sobre aplicativos de crowdsourcing. Cada aplicativo foi avaliado considerando os seguintes fatores que influenciam o engajamento: usabilidade, durabilidade, controle, confiança e eficiência. Os resultados experimentais verificaram que a nossa hipótese é verdadeira para o fator de durabilidade.
Atualmente, as motivações do usuários vão além de meramente completar uma tarefa operacional nos sistemas de informação. As soluções devem também ser projetadas para promover o engajamento dos usuários. O engajamento pode ser definido como uma qualidade de experiência do usuário. Pelo engajamento estar mais atrelado à parte comportamental e subjetiva, surge a necessidade de capturar e mensurar respostas afetivas durante as interações. Consequentemente, torna-se primordial a evolução dos métodos de medição de tais experiências, a fim de aferir os aspectos subjetivos intrínsecos aos atributos de engajamento para sistemicamente atender a essa nova demanda. Este estudo aborda uma forma de análise qualitativa das características do engajamento objetivando descobrir a importância de cada uma sob a ótica do usuário e a correlação entre elas. Diante deste cenário, visamos contribuir com uma avaliação a partir da percepção do usuário a respeito de quais fatores efetivamente os envolvem durante sua experiência de uso com os sistemas. Nossos resultados apresentaram os atributos de engajamento mais valorizados pelos usuários e quais possuem uma relação de dependência entre eles.
A ampla inserção dos smartphones no cotidiano de crianças e adolescentes tem como decorrência a possibilidade do uso de aplicações relacionadas a vários aspectos educacionais como, por exemplo, ampliar o conhecimento sobre a história e a evolução do mundo. No entanto, as mecânicas de jogos com finalidade educacional, e a inserção de publicidade ao longo do fluxo de interação podem trazer impacto ao se analisar a Experiência do Usuário. Para esta avaliação, selecionamos dois jogos para celular, um quiz de História do Mundo e um jogo de simulação da evolução das espécies na Terra. Uma adaptação do artefato SAMCurve foi utilizada, junto à coleta de menções das impressões dos participantes ao longo da experiência com cada jogo. Os resultados indicaram que problemas de usabilidade identificados no primeiro jogo, além da inserção de publicidade, parecem ter impactado negativamente a experiência dos participantes. O artefato utilizado, junto com a análise das menções dos participantes, se mostrou adequado para indicar a evolução, positiva ou negativa, dos estados afetivos dos participantes ao longo da experiência com os dois jogos.
