Uvod. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se ispita korelacija između anksioznosti vezaneza hirurško ekstrahovanje impaktiranih trećih molara, a procijenjene pomoćuNorman Corah-ovog Dentalnog koeficijenta aksioznosti i kardiovaskularnogodgovora procijenjenog kroz vrijednost vitalnih parametara.Metode. U istraživanje je bio uključen 501 pacijent, 291 muškog i 210 ženskogpola, starosti od 18 do 45 godina. Nivo anksioznosti se procjenjivao upotrebomCorah’s Dental Anxiety Scale (DAS) dan prije intervencije. Mjerenje vitalnihparametara (krvnog pritiska, frekvencija srčanog rada, frekvencija disanja) sesprovodilo dan prije intervencije, na dan interevencije i dan poslije intervencije,upotrebom digitalnog manometra koji mjeri sve tri vrijednosti istovremeno.Svako mjerenje se ponovilo po pet puta, svaka dva minuta.Rezultati. Vrijednost DAS koeficijenta (DASR) prije intervencije je bio 14,32 ±4,01. Sistolni krvni pritisak je prva dva dana mjerenja bio 131,6 i 132,6 mmHg,a trećeg dana 125,3 Hg, a slična promjena je registrovana i za dijastolni krvnipritisak (81,8; 83,0 i 75,9 mmHg). Vrijednosti pulsa su bile 88,5; 88,9 i 81,56,a frekvencija disanja 24,3, 25,1 i 20,5. Postoji statistički značajna pozitivnakorelacija između intenziteta dentalne anksioznosti procijenjene pomoćuDASR sa vrijednostima vitalnih parametara izmjerenih sva tri dana, iakosu koeficijenti korelacije između DASR i vrijednosti vitalnih parametara bilinešto manji za vrijednosti vitalnih parametara izmjerenih trećeg u odnosuna prvi dan mjerenja.Zaključak. Pozitivne vrijednosti koeficijenata korelacije ukazuju da povećanjeDASR uslovljava povećane vrijednosti svih vitalnih parametara za sva tridana mjerenja. Smanjenje koeficijenata korelacije trećeg dana mjerenja, kaoi vrijednosti mjerenih parametara predviđenih protokolom istraživanja seobjašnjava činjenicom da je oralno-hirurški zahvat završen, pa je i psihičkoopterećenje pacijenata i shodno tome ‘’odgovor’’ organizma na isto, manji.
Kratak sadržajUvod. Cilj istraživanja je bio procjenjivanje anksioznosti vezane za hirurško ekstrahovanje impaktiranih trećih molara pomoću Spilbergovih koeficijenata anksioznosti što omogućava da se preporuči odgovarajuća premedikacija.Metode. U istraživanje je bio uključen 501 pacijent, 293 muškog i 208 ženskog pola, starosti od 18 do 45 godina. Nivo anksioznosti se procjenjivao upotrebom STAI obrazaca (X1 i X2) i to se sprovodilo dan prije intervencije, na dan intervencije i dan poslije intervencije.Rezultati. Vrijednosti koeficijenta anksioznosti procijenjene Spilbergovim obrascima, a izmjerene dan prije i na dan intervencije ne pokazuju statistički značajne razlike, ali vrijednosti izmjerene na dan poslije intervencije pokazuju statistički značajno niže vrijednosti u odnosu na prva dva dana (p<0,01). Vrijednosti Hi-kvadrat testa na dan prije intervencije bile su: za X1 je χ 2 = 114,912, za X2 je χ 2 = 113,906; na dan intervencije za X1 je χ 2 = 122,273, za X2 je χ 2 = 119,511; dan poslije intervencije za X1 je χ 2 = 88,483, za X2 je χ 2 = 81,826 i potvrđuju da postoji statistički značajna razlika između nominalnih grupa Spilbergovih koeficijenta anksioznosti X1 i X2, odnosno izrazitije su zastupljene grupe normalna, visoka i vrlo visoka anksioznost.Zaključak. Vrijednosti Spilbergovih koeficijenata anksioznosti X1 i X2 dobijene u ovom istraživanju govore da povećanje koeficijenta na dan prije intervencije podrazumijeva sličnu vrijednost na dan same intervencije, što može značajno otežati samu intervenciju. Odgovarajuća premedikacija na dan same intervencije bila bi izuzetno korisna za pacijente, odnosno za izvođenje same intervencije. Smanjenje vrijednosti praćenih parametara na dan nakon intervencije pokazuje psihičko rasterećenje pacijenata, s obzirom da je oralno-hirurška intervencija završena.Ključne riječi: anksioznost, ekstrakcija impaktiranih zuba, Spilbergov koeficijent anksioznosti
