This study aimed to investigate the impact of inverted classrooms on promoting Iranian EFL learners’ extensive and intensive reading comprehension. To fulfil, 60 Iranian upper-intermediate EFL students out of 90 were chosen based on an Oxford Quick Placement Test. The selected participants were randomly divided into two experimental groups; intensive reading group (n=20) and extensive reading group (n=20), and a control group (n=20). Then, the three groups were pretested. After that, the researcher put the participants of both experimental groups in two inverted classrooms. Each inverted classroom was equipped with Internet, computer and projector and participants in this classroom were allowed to bring their Smartphones to the classroom and use them during learning. On the other hand, the control group receive no treatment and were taught in traditional instruction. The results of paired samples t-test and one-way ANOVA revealed that both experimental groups had better performance on their post-test compared to their pre-test. The results showed that there was not a significant difference between the performances of the experimental groups on the post-test. Finally, implications arising from the findings and suggestions for further research were explained.
Flipped classroom is an engaging, student-centered approach that has been built to enhance the quality of the classroom time. Generally speaking, this approach, whose implementations are performed mostly in physical sciences, has also recently attracted the attention of educators and scholars in various disciplines. Flipped classroom technology is an advancement that helps learners to enhance engagement, increase motivation and develop their communicative abilities. The current study aimed to examine Iranian advanced EFL learners’ attitudes toward using flipped classroom model. To fulfil this objective, 80 advanced EFL learners answered an attitude questionnaire after 10 sessions instructed in a flipped classroom. After collection the data and analyzing them, the results indicated that the learners’ attitude toward using flipped classroom was significantly positive. Eventually, the researchers concluded with some suggestions for educators to adopt the flipped classroom technology to create better learning environments for their students and to reach better learning consequences.

So, each health system need to data for mental health promotion that WHO present the special instrument WHO-AIMS. Aim: This study was done for knowing with WHO-AIMS tool, health problems diagnosis in different countries and assessing mental health in Iran by WHO-AIMS. Material & Method: This study was done by systematic review. The key words were Mental Health Systems, and World Health Organization Assessment Instrument for Mental Health Systems in Iran and abroad. In Iran there was not article in introducing WHO-AIMS. But in the world 93 WHO reports and 10 research articles were found that introduced the WHO-AIMS, its usage problems and its applied for assessing mental health systems in different countries. Results: The findings showed that WHO-AIMS have consisted in 6 domains (policymaking, country program, law and budget for mental health, mental health services, mental health in PHC, manpower, health education and other section in mental health for example control and research), 28 sub-scale with 156 items. This study resulted to knowing mental health managers and staff with this instrument and also, researchers drive to develop new tools for assessing mental health system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
