ResumenEn este escrito se pretende visibilizar cómo se constituyen las políticas de educación sexual en Colombia en cuanto objeto de reflexión e investigación pedagógica, que a la luz de la historia de las prácticas se pregunta por las condiciones que hacen posible la institucionalización de la educación sexual, formalizada en el primer Proyecto Nacional de Educación Sexual para la Vida y el Amor en 1993. Así, entonces, se abre un campo de problematización alrededor de las prácticas de educación sexual, el abordaje de la sexualidad y los efectos en la constitución de sujetos, entre otras posibilidades.Esta mirada problematizadora se fundamenta en los elementos metodológicos de la arqueología-genealogía, a partir de la cual se tejen relaciones que permiten visibilizar las prácticas discursivas alrededor de la educación sexual en Colombia entre los años 1980-1990, sus condiciones de posibilidad y los procesos de subjetivación en dicho momento histórico; esto permite a la vez pensar el lugar del maestro como sujeto ético, político que establece relaciones con la educación sexual y posibilita diferentes experiencias de sexualidad.Finalmente, al abordar dichas prácticas discursivas en torno a la educación sexual, es posible entender lo que sucede actualmente, a partir de lo que ocurre en el momento histórico en mención, teniendo como base principal el archivo documental que, más que configurarse como una fuente de información, es lo que da cuenta de las prácticas particulares de este momento, donde se pretende tomar distancia de una calificación entre buenas o malas u otras dicotomías, y procurar su visibilización y problematización sobre cómo funcionan y qué provocan en los sujetos.Palabras clave: Educación sexual, políticas de educación sexual, sexualidad, historia de las prácticas, mirada arqueológica-genealógica, maestros.
