Hallucinations are perceptions received by the five senses without any external stimulation. Clients with hallucinations often feel circumstances or conditions that can only be felt by themselves but cannot be felt by others. The purpose of this writing is to provide mental nursing care to Mr. B at RSJ PROF. M. ILDREM. The descriptive writing method is a case study by carrying out nursing care for hallucinatory patients with a treatment implementation strategy (SP) carried out for 6 days on Mr. B. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and physical examination techniques. Nursing problems found in Mr. B is an auditory hallucination. During the 6 day management, Mr. B was able to find out the content, frequency, time of occurrence, triggering situation and how the client responded to his hallucinations by rebuking the hallucinations, namely covering both ears with both hands then closing his eyes and then saying go go go you that sounds unreal I don't want to hear it I want to be happy, take medication regularly, communicate with other people, do scheduled activities. Suggestions in the management of hallucinatory patients are expected that with this research medical staff can build a trusting relationship with clients so that good communication can emerge and clients can express their problems in order to achieve the nursing process, the role of the family in visiting clients and caring for clients who now live alone and provide support and sufficient attention to the client to accelerate the client's healing process.
