Sau một thời gian dài không thay đổi trong thói quen chọn nơi mua rau hay thực phẩm nói chung, người tiêu dùng Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TP.HCM) thời gian gần đây đã bắt đầu dịch chuyển mạnh mẽ từ các kênh truyền thống sang các kênh hiện đại như siêu thị hay siêu thị mini. Một trong các nguyên nhân thay đổi là vấn đề thực phẩm bẩn mà cụ thể là rau tại các kênh phân phối truyền thống không đảm bảo an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm. Nghiên cứu này phân tích tác động của (1) lòng tin đối với người bán và quản lý nhà nước về VSATTP và (2) kênh tìm kiếm thông tin về VSATTP đến tần suất mua rau tại các kênh bán lẻ. Số liệu tự điều tra từ 254 người mua rau tại TP.HCM được phân tích bằng mô hình Seemingly Unrelated Negative Binomial. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy những người tin ở chính sách quản lý VSATTP có xu hướng chọn mua rau ở chợ nhiều hơn và do đó cải thiện chính sách quản lý an toàn thực phẩm đối với rau sẽ giúp cải thiện hoạt động của chợ truyền thống. Ngoài ra những người tìm hiểu thông tin qua truyền thanh truyền hình và báo chí có tần suất mua rau ở siêu thị cao. Cửa hàng RAT có thể nhờ kênh truyền miệng để tăng lượng khách hàng vì những người tìm hiểu thông tin qua kênh truyền miệng có xu hướng mua rau ở cửa hàng RAT nhiều hơn.
Vật liệu composite kết hợp giữa cellulose vi khuẩn và nano bạc (BC/AgNPs) được khảo sát khả năng ức chế và tiêu diệt 4 vi khuẩn gồm Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis. Composite BC/AgNPs cho thấy khả năng ức chế vi khuẩn, thể hiện qua sự xuất hiện vòng kháng khuẩn đối với cả 4 vi khuẩn, trong đó vi khuẩn Gram dương là S.aureus và B.subtiliscó vòng kháng khuẩn lớn hơn so với 2 vi khuẩn Gram âm là E.coli và P.aeruginosa(P<0,05). Khi cho tiếp xúc trực tiếp, composite BC/AgNPs diệt vi khuẩn đạt hiệu suất 100% ở các khoảng thời gian tiếp xúc khác nhau. E.coli bị tiêu diệt ngay sau 15 phút tiếp xúc với composite, trong khi khoảng thời gian đạt hiệu suất diệt khuẩn 100% của composite lần lượt là 45 phút và 60 phút đối với B.subtilis và P.aeruginosa. S.aureus chỉ bị diệt hoàn toàn khi tiếp xúc với composite trong thời gian 120 phút.
TÓM TẮT
Nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của các công cụ digital marketing đến hiệu quả kinh doanh của cá thể kinh doanh tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Thông qua việc khảo sát 340 cá nhân kinh doanh có sử dụng các công cụ digital marketing tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, kết quả phân tích phân tích nhân tố khám phá (Exploratory Factor Analysis – EFA) đã chỉ ra 4 yếu tố tác động đến hiệu quả kinh doanh của cá thể kinh doanh, đó là: truyền thông mạng xã hội, tối ưu hóa công cụ tìm kiếm, trang web/blog và quảng cáo hiển thị. Kết quả hồi quy đa biến cho thấy yếu tố quảng cáo hiển thị có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất đến hiệu quả kinh doanh của cá thể kinh doanh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp những thông tin hữu ích giúp cho cá thể kinh doanh phân bổ nguồn ngân sách hợp lý cũng như khai thác triệt để các công cụ digital marketing để nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh.
ABSTRACT
Research and analyze the impact of digital marketing tools on the business performance of business individuals in Ho Chi Minh City. Through a survey of 340 business individuals using digital marketing tools in Ho Chi Minh City. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) have shown four factors affecting the business performance of business individuals, which are: social media, search engine optimization, Web/Blog and display advertising. Multivariate regression results show that display advertising has the strongest influence on the business performance of business individuals. Research results provide useful information to help businesses allocate reasonable budgets as well as fully exploit digital marketing tools to improve business efficiency.
