Mục tiêu: So sánh hiệu quả sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng đường uống với kháng sinh dự phòng đường tiêm trong chẩn đoán và điều trị can thiệp nội mạch tại Bệnh viện 30 tháng 4 – Bộ Công an. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, mô tả cắt ngang và có so sánh trên 95 bệnh nhân được sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng khi thực hiện kỹ thuật chẩn đoán và can thiệp nội mạch tại khoa Tim mạch can thiệp - Bệnh viện 30 tháng 4 - Bộ Công an từ tháng 6/2020 đến tháng 6/2021. Kết quả: Không có khác biệt có ý nghĩa về nhiệt độ cơ thể, số lượng bạch cầu, tốc độ máu lắng và tỷ lệ CRP tăng ở hai nhóm bệnh nhân (nhóm dung kháng sinh đường uống và nhóm dung kháng sinh đường tiêm). Kết luận: Hiệu quả kháng sinh dự phòng bằng đường uống tương đương với hiệu quả kháng sinh dự phòng bằng đường tiêm.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả tình hình sử dụng kháng sinh sự phòng trong can thiệp nội mạch tại Bệnh viện 30 tháng 4 – Bộ Công an. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu, mô tả cắt ngang và có so sánh trên 95 bệnh nhân được sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng khi thực hiện kỹ thuật chẩn đoán và can thiệp nội mạch tại khoa Tim mạch can thiệp - Bệnh viện 30 tháng 4 - Bộ Công an từ tháng 6/2020 đến tháng 6/2021. Kết quả: Phần lớn bệnh nhân trong nghiên cứu được dự phòng kháng sinh đường tiêm, chiếm 60,00%. Nhóm kháng sinh cephalosporin được sử dụng nhiều nhất với 84,21%. Trong đó, kháng sinh cefazolin được sử dụng nhiều nhất chiếm tỷ lệ 42,11%, sau đó là kháng sinh cefuroxim với 34,74%. Tỷ lệ nhiễm khuẩn toàn thân và tại chỗ ở nhóm kháng sinh đường uống cao hơn so với tỷ lệ này ở nhóm kháng sinh đường tiêm. Kết luận: Nhóm kháng sinh cephalosporin được sử dụng nhiều nhất.
