ResumenEl objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el efecto de bocashi y microorganismos eficaces (EM) en el rendimiento del cultivo de fresa (Fragaria x ananassa Duch) cv. Selva en la irrigación Majes, Arequipa -Perú. Los tratamientos evaluados fueron 3 niveles de bocashi: 4, 6 y 8 t•ha -1 y 2 niveles de EM: 1 y 2 l•t de bocashi -1 que en combinación generaron 6 tratamientos con 3 repeticiones por cada uno; se empleó el diseño de bloques completos al azar con arreglo factorial 3x2. La aplicación de tratamientos se realizó antes del trasplante de plantas (50% de dosis total) y a 45 días del trasplante (50% de dosis total) en forma localizada. Los resultados refieren que el mayor rendimiento total de frutos de fresa cv. Selva fue 6,942 t•ha -1 , producto de la interacción entre 8 t de bocashi•ha -1 y 1 l de EM•t de bocashi -1 ; logrando la mejor clasificación de frutos según su calibre: 30% de categoría A (2,083 t•ha -1 ), 35% categoría B (2,430 t•ha -1 ), 25% categoría C (1,736 t•ha -1 ), 6% categoría D (0,417 t•ha -1 ) y 4% de categoría E (0,276 t•ha -1 ).Palabras clave: abonamiento orgánico; Fragaria x ananassa; rendimiento; agricultura ecológica; microorganismos eficaces.
