Introducción. La atención prenatal aún no cubre al total de gestantes, situación que se repite en Latinoamérica y son pocos los estudios que evalúan las barreras que explican este fenómeno. El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar los factores asociados al acceso de la atención prenatal en sus dimensiones de atención oportuna y cobertura. Métodos. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, observacional y analítico, realizado en 110 puérperas de los hospitales de Huaral y Chancay, Perú. Se evaluaron los factores (personales y sociodemográficos) asociados al acceso a la atención prenatal de acuerdo a su cobertura (mínimo 6 controles) y atención oportuna (primer control <14 semanas). Se realizó un análisis de regresión logística multivariada considerando un nivel de confianza del 95%. Resultados. Se halló que el olvido de las citas se muestra como un factor asociado a la cobertura inadecuada de la atención prenatal (p=0,048), mientras que la presencia de un seguro de salud, previo al control prenatal, se asoció a la atención prenatal oportuna (p=0,013). Conclusiones. La ausencia de olvido de las citas y la presencia de un seguro de salud previo al embarazo se asocian con el acceso a la atención prenatal.
Introducción: La disfunción sexual femenina (DSF) se define como un trastorno en el deseo, excitación, orgasmo y/o dolor durante la relación sexual, que genera estrés personal y tiene impacto en la calidad de vida, en la presente revisión sistemática, se describen los factores que mayormente influyen en la disfunción sexual femenina durante la etapa gestacional. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar los artículos publicados sobre los factores que influyen en la disfunción sexual femenina durante la etapa gestacional en Sudamérica y Asia en la última década. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática utilizando las siguientes las siguientes bases de datos: Doaj, Nure, Pubmed, Scopus, Scielo, Medigraphic, Revista de salud materno fetal y por último el Artículo ciencias, docencia y tecnología. Resultados: Existen diversos factores que influyen en la disfunción sexual femenina en gestantes y los más frecuentes son por el avance de los trimestres de gestación, por el mismo embarazo, por miedos a complicaciones o creencias, estado emocional, y el estilo de vida que lleva gestante. Conclusión: Existen diversos factores por lo cual se produce este cambio en el comportamiento sexual, para evitar la disfunción sexual femenina en la etapa gestacional se recomienda que la gestante reciba una orientación adecuada sobre los cambios y dificultades en la sexualidad que se darán en este periodo.
Introducción. La depresión postparto es una patología caracterizada por sentimientos de tristeza y culpa después del parto y durante el primer año. La importancia del apoyo de la pareja durante esta etapa nueva y difícil para las puérperas, es de gran ayuda dado que las madres no se sienten solas, eliminando de cierto grado la tristeza que se podría generar por dificultades de crianza hacia el bebé, sumado a ello el desencadenante del declive hormonal. Objetivo. Determinar la asociación entre la depresión postparto y el apoyo de la pareja en mujeres de un centro materno infantil en Lima, 2020. Métodos. Estudio observacional, descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal conformado por una muestra de 122 mujeres en quienes se aplicaron la Escala de Edimburgo y la Escala de Apoyo de la Pareja, además de cumplir con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. En el análisis estadístico inferencial se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman. Resultados. Según el presente estudio, el 20,5% dio positivo para depresión postparto (DPP). Según las dimensiones del apoyo de la pareja y su correlación con la DPP, se demostró que el apoyo emocional resultó Rho = -0,464; el apoyo instrumental, Rho = -0,402 y; el apoyo informativo, Rho = -0,388. Se demostró una correlación inversa y moderada en cada una de las dimensiones. Conclusión. El apoyo de la pareja está relacionado inversamente con la depresión postparto en mujeres. La participación de la pareja en el postparto podría reducir las probabilidades de desarrollar esta patología dentro del primer año postparto.
